If it had mayo on it it could be charged as a crime against humanity

Hard as it is and it’s going to be, if even small crimes are let go, then it WILL escalate.

Because today a sandwich, tomorrow a brick, down the road some substance far more harmful.

When BLM tried rioting in so many cities back years ago, the cities that put a stop to it IMMEDIATELY, like Syracuse, NY, and Manchester, NH, never had a bit of trouble after that.

I’m convinced they did it in so many places to test the waters and see where they could get away with it. And where they could, it continued and continues even today.

Where they couldn’t, there was not much else in the way of unrest. They went to easier pickings,

With what crime would/should this twerp be charged had he hurled a sandwich at a Citizen? If it’s felony assault when hurled at a mere public servant, the penalty should be doubled if the victim is a Private Citizen.

I can’t think of a better way to fight fascism than by throwing a sandwich at a federal agent.

Among leftists, this guy will be a hero for “fighting fascism.”

(none of whom have a clue as to what “fascism” means, of course).

They were my favorite band as a teenager. :) Got to see their last concert with Peter Gabriel in the lead at Summerfest in Milwaukee way back when.

I also got to meet and chat with Henny Youngman earlier that day, too. He was CHARMING! :)

Was it a Turkey Club?

That could be a felony weapons possession charge.
