Let it come back to bite them hard.
Remind them as they are being handcuffed, that NO ONE is above the law.

We depend on the judicial system to enforce the law

When that doesn’t work then a lot of people are above the law. Especially the people who also run the media which shapes public opinion

Many are above the law

No records should *EVER* be sealed.
Every voter should know everything except for information needed for national security.
Transcripts of all Presidential conversations and phone calls should be released as soon as they leave office.

We pay these folks, we deserve to know as much about how any President, Senator, or Cabinet Secretary acts, speaks, and writes as any other employer knows about their employee

Too bad the know political crooks aren’t being arrested and put in jail. If the law was applied equally to all, Hunter, Joe, Hillary, Schiff, and a boatload of others would all be serving time in jail right now.

Tell that to folks who shoplift below $950 in value in California. They have special dispensation to be above the law

IMovieLord shows up in his signature red beret at MAGA rallies, school board meetings, conservative get-togethers, etc. around the Southland. I have appeared in several of his videos.

Just remember that the Supreme Law of the Land is the U.S. Constitution and ALL federal law MUST be pursuant to the Constitution or the federal law is INVALID (Art. VI, Cl. 2).

In the case of these possible indictments, Art. I, Sec. 3, Cl. 6-7 and Art. II, Sec. 4 apply, paying close attention to the requirement that an official must have been congressionally convicted to prosecute them for crimes done while in office.

BTW, Hillary was NOT in office for crimes committed during the July 26, 2016, July 28, 2016 and Aug. 3, 2016 timeframe. GO GET HER!!!

Great slogan, but so far they are still above the law, despite threats to the contrary.

“convicted to prosecute them for crimes done while in office.”

I think it’s official duties. I mean I don’t think Obama will be immune because he was in office from crimes committed that had nothing to do with his functions as president

Every one of them is above the law. Bondi doesn’t have the brains, nor the will to send these bastards to jail. She’s another empty suit like Sessions.

This ranks equal with “Donald Trump will never be president of the United States.” Agreed?

his functions as president

A false dichotomy and and the Constitution makes no such distinction.

Usually crimes committed while in office have nothing to do with the ascribed duties of the officer.

It is up to Congress to impeach and convict such an official while he is in office (Art. 1, Sec. 3, Cl. 7).

You’re combining impeachment by Congress - a political process - with judicial processes

Within the judicial process there’s convicting a president for doing things that while illegal are done for the advantage of the people versus doing illegal things for personal power

So no

Then was the guy even legitimately president.

When it comes to Officers of the United States, the Constitution combines impeachment (accusation) and conviction by Congress - a political process - with judicial processes.

The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.
US Const., Art. II, Sec. 4.
Judgment in Cases of Impeachment shall not extend further than to removal from Office, and disqualification to hold and enjoy any Office of honor, Trust or Profit under the United States: but the Party convicted shall nevertheless be liable and subject to Indictment, Trial, Judgment and Punishment, according to Law.
US Const., Art. I, Sec. 3, Cl. 6-7.
