President Trump told reporters on Friday that Barack Obama owes him “big” for the Supreme Court’s decision that Presidential Immunity applies to the former President after Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard found evidence that Obama fabricatied and led the Russia Collusion hoax to sabotage then-President Elect Trump in 2016.
.... Snip....
Trump responded on Friday, signaling that Obama committed crimes, but may be safe. “He’s done criminal acts, there’s no question about it, but he has immunity,” Trump said.
“But it doesn’t help the people around him at all.”
“He owes me big. Obama owes me big!” the President added.

Don’t give Obama a pass. The Democrats already showed a president can be impeached after he’s out of office. Impeach him for these high crimes and misdemeanors and then prosecute him to the full extent of the law.
Since when is sedition part of Obamas official duties?
Wow your statement is asinine.
If a President has immunity for using the powers of government to undermine an election, why did Nixon resign?
That only applies to Trump and a very narrow category of actions.
Careful Donald, joy(less) bearhar may go on another hate fueled rant about how jealous (?) you are of barerack o’bamski. Oh, show on “pause”. 😂😂😂😂😂 Hey view harridans and your viewers......🖕
I expected Trump to back off this Obama story, but I at least thought he’d keep up the act until next week.
Because Nixon was informed that there were sufficient votes in the Senate to convict him in an impeachment trial.
I don’t believe there was ever any talk of a criminal trial.
What part of ordering a coup part of his official duties?
Oh sure.
And it doesn't apply to a president who uses his presidential powers to frame his successor and sabotage his successor's presidency.
I knew Trump was not going after Obama. Obama is not immune because he committed high crimes and even treason.
I feel people are missing the forest for the trees. The historically infamous act of sedition that President Obama orchestrated out of his sanctimonious assessment that Donald Trump was not qualified to be President must be confronted. If not, there is no meaning to the line “all men are created equal” in the Declaration of Independence.
If a man in power can use his Constitutionally endowed power to subvert the consent of the governed through lies, deceptions, and conspiracies with people in power, then we have no country. It’s all a myth, a noble lie to conceal the truth that, in this world, all that matters is power, who has it, and who wants it.
American exceptionalism is dead. America is no different from every other totalitarian oligarchy that mimes democracy while using violence and disinformation to control its subjects. Obama and the IC used the techniques perfected in foreign countries to foment a color revolution domestically. Sic semper tyrannis.
It's not the label you attach to the alleged crime that determines whether or not immunity applies. It's the action taken, without regard to whether it was taken in good faith or for an improper purpose.
Obama telling subordinates to prepare an intelligence report is squarely within it. Feel free to believe otherwise, though.
Obama will be tarred for history for his actions, his minions though will face the consequences. Pretty much how it goes through history, right? But I don’t think America would take the jailing of a President—Just like Jailing Trump would have been a huge debacle.
If done correctly by the DOJ, Obama will face history instead of the rope.
SECONDLY, Obama's RUSSIA HOAX was kept HIGHLY CLASSIFIED and NOT DISCLOSED TO ANYONE outside his inner circle, SO HOW CAN IT BE AN "OFFICIAL ACT" covered by immunity?
Yeah I know, I should have become a lawyer. I am right about this !
Obama’s RUSSIA HOAX was an UNOFFICIAL act!
I could see how it might appear that way to someone completely ignorant of the law and Supreme Court decision in Trump v. U.S..
Interesting that Trump came out and agreed with me, though.
Obama’s getting a pass. Trump already said that they like each other. Ted Cruz and John Solomon also said definitively that Obama wouldn’t be prosecuted for anything, despite his being vulnerable to prosecution for any role after he stepped down from office.
