President Donald Trump stated that former President Barack Obama should be the subject of an investigation by the Justice Department following the release of reports from Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard.
The report alleged there is evidence that the Obama administration manipulated intelligence related to the Russia collusion hoax in the 2016 presidential election.
Based on the report’s findings, Gabbard submitted criminal referrals to the Justice Department.
Obama and several of his officials are now being accused of engaging in a “treasonous conspiracy” against President Trump after he was elected to his first term.
Trump was asked who he believed should be targeted by the DOJ while in the Oval Office during a visit with the Philippines’ President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.
“Based on what I read, and I read pretty much what you read, it would be President Obama. He started it,” Trump told the media.
“And [then-vice president Joe] Biden was there with him and [former FBI director James] Comey was there and [former DNI director James] Clapper, the whole group was there. [Former CIA director John] Brennan. They were all there in a room, right here, this was the room.”
He added:
“If you look at those papers, they have him stone-cold and it was President Obama. It wasn’t lots of people all over the place, it was them, too. But the leader of the gang was President Obama, Barack Hussein Obama, have you heard of him?”
“He’s guilty, it’s not a question.”
“This was treason, this was every word you can think of.”

The president said Gabbard informed him this was just the tip of the iceberg and that thousands of additional documents were on the way. He then referred to Obama as the “ringleader” of the hoax against him.
In the memo, several other names were released, including Clapper, Brennan, and Comey.
All of this new information comes after the president claimed for years that the Russia collusion investigation in 2016 was a hoax.
Earlier this year, Trump signed a memo ordering the declassification and release of “all files related to Crossfire Hurricane,” the official name for the investigation into so-called Russian interference.
When asked about Ghislaine Maxwell, pedophile Jeffrey Epstein’s girlfriend, he steered the conversation back to the topic at hand.
“The witch hunt that you should be talking about if they caught President Obama absolutely cold, Tulsi Gabbard,” Trump said.
“What they did to this country in 2016, starting in 2016 but going up all the way, going up to 2020 and the election, they tried to rig the election, and they got caught, and there should be very severe consequences for that.”
Trump then recalled that he “caught” twice-failed Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, but “let her off the hook” because she was a former first lady.
“It’s time to go after people. Obama’s been caught directly,” he stated.
“What they did in 2016 and in 2020 is very criminal, it’s criminal at the highest level so that’s really the things you should be talking about.”

But I suspect that his $2000 per hour lawyers are in deep discussions with him on what his strategy should be. Even if the odds of arrest are remote.
The DOJ hasn’t arrested a single deep stater but now, it will arrest Obama. Yeah sure...

Tulsi has turned out to be one of Trump’s BEST PICKS honestly she is the BEST..she has brought the receipts..but none of this means ANYTHING unless Obama and his cronies are brought up on charges. Imagine had Trump done the same thing to Hillary Clinton he’d already be in jail. This was always Obama’s Plan B, they cooked this up in a just in case scenario in case Clinton won, no one thought Trump had a chance but they had this ready to go just in case and of course the media who are 99 percent Dems, ran with it

I would prefer that Tulsi release documents slowly, and let 0bama and his co-conspirators react and deny each, so as to collect information that can be used to prevent them from escaping any charges that might be made.
