According to Davis, the so-called “statute of limitations” argument — the favorite excuse of Deep State operatives hoping to run out the clock — doesn’t apply either. Why? Because the criminal conspiracy never stopped.
Mike Davis made clear this isn’t just about exposing a political dirty trick. This was a multi-year coup against the duly elected President of the United States — and the perpetrators are still walking free.
Benny Johnson: Talk us through what happens next. If you don’t mind, could you narrow it down to Comey, Clapper, Brennan, and Barack Obama? Will Barack Obama be able to claim presidential immunity on this? Can you claim presidential immunity if you’re committing a crime?
Mike Davis: He might be able to claim presidential immunity for his actions while he was the President of the United States, and they’ll have to litigate that. It’s unclear whether he’ll ultimately get presidential immunity for this. But I’ll tell you this: it’s an ongoing criminal conspiracy. And presidential immunity covers his actions while he’s the President of the United States.
They don’t cover his actions when he’s the former President of the United States. And when he’s participating in the cover-up of this conspiracy, then he doesn’t have presidential immunity.

I say give him a chance to clear his honorable name. No matter how much it costs him. LOL!!!!!!
Response to that is this: Trump is driving the Trump train. Bondi works for Trump.
(How many comments before someone makes a negative declaration like, “Bondi will make sure this is never prosecuted”?)
Within the next five upcoming comments starting with this posting.
Rice, Brennan, Clapper, Comey, Nuland, and all the other co-conspirators don’t have any presidential immunity.
Would starting CWII be considered immunity ?
The Dems would absolutely do this under the banner of White Supremacy if we charge Obama with anything.
Mind you I think all of us FReepers are prepared for this, but I don't think the squishes in the House and Senate are.
Look at they excuses they made over removing Clinton during his impeachment trial, that would have been a slam dunk a decade earlier.
Would 1st term President Trump had the mandate to go after them?
No.
But 3rd term President Trump does.
Wrong.
Obama has "first black President" immunity, a blanket pardon for all crimes committed before, during, and after his "historic" presidency.

Too bad we can't do the same at FR.;-)
Unfortunately for negative people, they are usually catching colds and other diseases. Negative thinking is deadly.
Eggzackly.
A lame duck Trump is deadly because he’s got nothing to lose.
IMHO, the diversity Mario invincibility star isn't as strong as it was a few years ago. I think most of America is tired of white-always-wrong-everybody-else-always-innocent mantra. IMHO now's the time for justice.
I don’t think it would be so wise to prosecute obama. rather turn his reputation and legacy into nothing. But do go after all all his minions who were in on the frame and put them in jail.
Oopsie doopsie. Did Otto Penn forget to give Obama a blanket pardon retroactive to his birth up?
agree but that does not mean that trump cannot destroy his reputation and legacy and jail all his cronies who were in on the frame up.
At the very least. Going after them will destroy BOs power.
Or: He’s a Democrat and Democrats always get away with crimes.

As an aside, true believers in the Gospel are always insanely positive (almost giddy), and with good reason.
But of course, you know that.;-)
