I think the claim is:

If the father was a foreign citizen and
If the mother was under 21 and
If the child was born outside the USA
then the child is not a natural born citizen

If the HI birth certificate is fake, and if Obama was actually born in Canada, he really should not have been allowed to serve as president.

Lots of Ifs there, so I guess nothing is certain at this time. But the chain of logic doesn’t seem unreasonable to me.

With that, it was obviously pieced together, i.e., cannot be trusted.

You could deconstruct it with Adobe Illustrator at the time, and see every layer, and how they constructed it. Several of us who worked in the industry kept each other on conference call over it that day, pointing out the obvious faked/edited parts of it. I actually put together a short document with examples describing how they did it. I probably still have it somewhere. Too bad you can't post a file here.

Even more astounding, such laws are beside the point when discussing the NBC clause of the Constitution. So much off point that the issue could be correctly resolved by a first-year law student.

Kamala Harris was not even a basic Citizen of the United States when she was born in CA, let alone not being an Article II presidential eligibility term constitutional “natural born Citizen”. Adjectives mean something when placed in front of a noun. Harris did not even qualify for meeting the terms of the noun in that term. She was not a basic U.S. “Citizen” when born. Since her parents were sojourning in the USA on student VISAs, and were not domiciled permanent residents of the United States, when Kamala Harris was born. The Wong Kim Ark (1898) U.S. Supreme Court decision only applied to persons born in the USA to legally present permanent resident parents. Considering Kamala Harris to be a Citizen at/by Birth is a classic example of the Birthright Citizenship fraud and abuse that has been promoted by Progressives that Donald Trump’s Executive Order is directed at correcting. The merits of that EO will have to work its way through the federal court system until it reaches SCOTUS, but when it does Trump’s EO will be upheld on the merits based on the prior U.S. Supreme Court case law decisions on what the “subject to the jurisdiction thereof” means in the Constitution’s 14th Amendment regarding “birthright citizenship”. My supposition has been that the problems with the birth certificate were either related to the legality of his parents’ marriage (which might have been indicated on the original) or to his adoption by his stepfather and subsequent renunciation.of his US citizenship in order to obtain Indonesian citizenship.

That is one for the courts to rule on but they probably won’t because at this point it’s too late.

What makes the Obama situation not too late is that many crimes by Brennan and others to cover up the now-confirmed fact that Obama has no valid Hawaii birth certificate constitutes a criminal conspiracy to commit treason, which has no statute of limitations. This isn’t about Obama but about the criminal coup that foisted him on us and took the entire government hostage - a situation that still exists today.

Although Obama’s mother was a U.S. citizen by birth, if Obama wasn’t born in the U.S., his mother was too young to pass on U.S. citizenship to her offspring.

I think 19 years old was the requirement. It was established by legislation which has either been repealed or superseded.

Congress has the authority to set citizenship and naturalization laws, which was done regarding when parent citizenship is conferred to babies born outside US soil. Likewise Congress can clarify what “under the jurisdiction thereof” means in the 14th amendment. It obviously means something, or else it wouldn’t have been included. Can somebody illegally sneak into the country and still be subject to the jurisdiction of the very government they violated to get here? If they considered themselves subject to US jurisdiction they would have submitted to the US laws in getting here.
