I agree, but only because the long form birth certificate is as fake as a 3-dollar bill. And, it's easy to show that document is fraudulent.
The only people who care about that are huddled in front of their computers in their basements.

That ship sailed long ago. It’s many times more likely that he was born in Hawaii than in faraway Kenya. Barack Sr. was going to take his pregnant wife on a long, expensive journey to Kenya so that she could meet his other wife and give birth in far less hygienic circumstances then were available in Hawaii? Very unlikely.

In 1980 you weren’t more likely to get into Columbia as a foreigner than as an African-American, especially if your parents weren’t rich. “Hey, I’m a black kid who spent some years in Indonesia” was more of plus then than “Hey, I’m an Indonesian.” Funding for foreign students in US universities was mostly for graduate students, not undergrads.

No, the people who cared about it at the time were IT managers like myself and computer professionals of the day who looked at this for at least five minutes in Adobe Illustrator and couldn't believe it was so easy to hoax the American public. It was frightening.

Certification of the electoral votes by Congress simply ends the election process resulting in someone becoming “President Elect”. This begins the qualification process as required by the Twentieth Amendment, Section Three. A “President Elect” must provide proof of eligibility to Congress before being allowed to legally assume the office of President, otherwise Congress appoints someone who is eligible. The burden to prove eligibility is on the one seeking the office. This was impossible because no birth certificate existed, resulting in a “failure to qualify”. That Congress did not act didn’t mean Obama was in any way a legal President. He was a usurper.
The HDOH has 3 times indirectly confirmed that there is no legally valid HI birth certificate for Obama by refusing to issue a certified letter of verification saying so. What they issued was not certified since it had the Director’s seal but not her signature closeby as required by statute.

How so? According to what statute? Or, what legal process?
In practice, the only active authorities have been the respective Secretaries of State of a handful of states, acting independently. Even after receiving notification in advance and being sued, most did not act to try to verify Obama (or Kamala, for that matter).
According to THIS particular text found in the Twentieth Amendment.. ”or if the President elect SHLL HAVE FAILED to qualify”.
This is describing an action, “qualifying” that someone FAILED to do. That someone is clearly stated to be “the President Elect”. In this case, Obama. The burden of proving his eligibility was his responsibility. The burden of Congress was to verify and approve his submission or to name an interim President who WAS eligible to serve. This did not happen and a usurpation of the office of President occurred.
