IT IS VERY UNCLEAR AS TO WHERE SHE ACTUALLY WAS WHEN THE BIRTH OCCURRED.
He may have been an American “citizen” when born. But he was never a “natural born Citizen” (”nbC”) of the United States which is what is required in the presidential eligibility clause in Article II Section 1 Clause 5 of the United States Constitution. The fix was in by both major political parties in the 2008 to ignore and abrogate the true meaning of the “natural born Citizen” term so they could run the candidate of their choice, Constitution be damned. Even the Socialist Party joined the fray in 2008 and ran an non-nbC candidate. See the “... The thing they SHOULD have focused on is his alleged application to Columbia as a foreign student. The GOP was brain dead back then, and it remains brain dead today.
The Dems are turning on Obama because he was the one pulling the strings during the last administration. Joe messed things up, but it was mostly at Barak’s direction.

Biden was totally controlled by Barack Hussein Obama II and Obama use far-left political science learned tactics and strategies such as the Cloward-Piven Strategy in overloading a system, i.e., the wide open borders for four years. And also the CoVID-19 pandemic - “Never Let a Crisis Go to Waste”, using that pandemic as cover to rig various elections using the mail-in-voting process to do massive voter fraud schemes in key battle ground states.
The Dems set the precedence for impeaching a past President after he was out of office for alleged crimes while in office. So the Repubs at some point should impeach Obama and during his prosecution in the Senate, explore all of his forged ID documents, using a stolen SSN, and other criminal activities and seditious activities by himself while in office and via his efforts to control the government afterwards, sabotaging Trump’s first term, and using Biden to really working of bringing down the USA implementing his “Dreams From His [Marxist Kenyan] Father”. Call it retribution or call it deserved justice. All will not be right in America until the un-American Obama is taken to task for what he did and tried to do. The Dems set the precedence going after Trump. Let Obama reap some blow-back justice.
Yes. I think the hospital on his BC is Straub, but there was no Straub Hospital when he was born. (I’ve heard that theory a few times.)

I don’t know where you got the name Straub Hospital. I’ve never seen that hospital name associated with the Obama saga before. Obama started out saying he was born at Queen’s Hospital. But then when they denied that he switched it to Kapi’olani. In comparison, Kamala Harris is clearly documented to not be a NBC at birth.
A charge of birth certificate fraud against Kamala Harris is prima facie, in the form of her TWO separate birth certificates (each with a different middle name).
Kamala and her parents also committed additional documented frauds repeatedly, over the next 22 years 1964-1986, as an attempt to cover this up.

He wasn’t. Article II tells us this in the first two words of the qualifications for President clause. “No person”. It plainly says that no person can be President who is NOT a natural born citizen or at least 35 years old. It does not say “no person except someone whom Congress does not authenticate to have met the qualifications for the office of President as instructed to them by the Twentieth Amendment, Section Three”. It doesn’t say “no person except someone that the media insist meets the qualifications for being a natural born citizen by twisting the definition into a pretzel”. If someone, specifically the “President Elect”, who cannot be known until Congress bangs the gavel to accept the results of the electoral votes, does not provide PROOF of meeting the qualifications to serve as President, then they have FAILED TO QUALIFY. They cannot legally be a President. They can usurp the office of President, if Congress doesn’t obey its duty to enforce the instructions demanded of them by the Twentieth Amendment, Section Three. This is what happened. The media can call him President all they want but legally he NEVER was. The two words “No person” in Article II outweigh everything else.
Except for the fact of certification of the election by Congress for the office.

Actually, Kapiʻolani Maternity, Women's & Pediatric Hospital was founded in 1890 by Queen Kapiʻolani. But, it was officially named Kapiʻolani Maternity and Gynecological Hospital in 1931. That is the name of the hospital that appears on the Obama long form birth certificate.
