I wa about to ask how deep it was. Because normally there is water running between the tracks at some stations in that city. Then I clicked to see the video. A BIT more than normal!
Even more mystifying is how will they be able to tell the difference between a floating turd and a floating New Yorker?

Yeah, if I were a passenger in that car I would begin to feel uneasy.
But it has gotten so bad that I'm starting to think that ripping it all down is a good idea. Not because of "the system" being bad, but because as a people, we no longer have the thoughtfulness a representative republic requires.

There is no “28th street subway” in Manhattan.
There are five subways (subway lines) with stations/stops at 28th street - the #1, #4 & #6, N, R, and W lines.
My guess is that the image of the flooding was from the 28th street station on the east side of lower Manhattan, on the Lexington Ave IRT line (#4 & #6 trains).
It isn’t a conspiracy, until it is.

Cool. Now they can hire the homeless musicians to conduct Gondola tours.
Maybe they can get the Geo-Engineering guys to schedule these floods periodically to clean up the city. However, NJ might not be too happy if the overflow hits them.
