ultimately yes, we will have to defy these judges but it has to calculated.

defying the judges is the “trap” the dems want DJT to fall into. Once he does that, then they will claim that the rule of law is broken, thus “justifying” the escalation of their rebellion.

remember, the essential ingredient to a revolution is disorder and breakdown of rules of law which is exactly what the dems want. It was a primary tactic of Stalin’s revolution and it is why the libtards have done everything to wreak havoc on the American order be it Harley Davidson, the military, NASCAR, sports, the courts, education and even simple things that glue our society together like air travel.

And yes, they want a Kent State type moment for them to take their gloves off. It’s better that it happens now then later during the next presidency. In normal times, the SCOTUS would have put a stop to this judicial nonsense long ago but these aren’t normal times and sadly someone on our side is going to have to take a hit for the time (I prefer not to elaborate but there are several ways that it can happen) in order to get things into the next stage of this battle.

How many divisions does the SCOTUS have?

When judges don't follow the law, their opinions are just their opinions. The now mostly defunct common law jury had the job of deciding not just fact but also law. Before the U.S. Constitution, Americans didn't really trust judges much. Judges have become so powerful that cases depend on who the judge is. People are seeing that, and respect for judges is low at present.

Yes. And at the same time we should not pay attention to any of the other pesky rules in the Constitution. Who needs that crap? //sarc

Hans Von Spakovsky was on the I Spy Radio Show last month:

https://www.iheart.com/podcast/269-i-spy-radio-show-74678471/episode/15-20-judicial-tyranny-self-inflicted-wounds-276235499/

It’s about an hour long. There are some things congress could do, if they wanted to. But if congress won’t act, it’s about time to start ignoring these judges.

Show us where district and appellate judges are mentioned in the constitution.

Congress can abolish / defund lower federal courts, and they need to do that TOMORROW!

They can’t un-seat judges, but they can end the courts. So the judge can say, “All dressed up, but no place to go.”

ArtIII.S1.8.5 Congressional Power to Abolish Federal Courts.

...defying the judges is the “trap” the dems want DJT to fall into. Once he does that .....

Once he defies the tyrant judges - the SCOTUS, democrats, RINOs and establishment republicans will demand his impeachment and removal. Be assured, corporate media, globalists and all institutions sucking on the government teat will chime in.

By now, Congress and SCOTUS should have stepped in to end the judicial tyranny. Sadly, they have not.

Keep praying!

“defying the judges is the “trap” the dems want DJT to fall into.”

That holy talisman has lost all power as the people no longer believe......the judiciary has only a 13% confidence level, Congress 8%....Trump, approaching 60%.

Trump has weathered raped whores, fingered fashion models, pee-pee tapes, Russia-Russia-Russia, Ukraine-Ukraine-Ukraine, Covid-Covid-Covid....relentless prosecution by kangaroo state courts and rouge FBI/DoJ, forced dawn searches, bookings, assassinations, and daily hysteria that “the walls were closing in” with every new “bombshell”.

Unfortunately except for we few old blood republicans, who like Cato and Cicero know where it goes......our country is begging for a Caesar to “fix what you can” and hang the rest....and this may be the start.

The courts and the Democrats will lose this beauty contest as well........Trump has just been letting them queue up the right scenario.

I agree. The rads have laid traps for Trump that he has consistenly refused to fall into. Once he give them that leverage and excuse, they’ll pounce on that “Trump’s a dictator” BS and push for impeachment and will drill that into the minds of voters for the next three years up until election day. So far, Trump is too smart for their schemes.

I’m betting that he will continue to thwart their fondest wet dream of him falling into that trap.

unverifiable confidence levels dont have much bearing on reality on the ground, even if they are true. which they probably are.

“The courts and the Democrats will lose this beauty contest as well........Trump has just been letting them queue up the right scenario.”

This is what i also assume will be the case. Trump has outsmarted them on every turn so far. the other day, when Hemingway pressed Leavitt on whether the WH has a plan to deal with the judicial coup against him, she surprisingly evaded and did not answer at all which leads me to believe that there is a plan to deal with it and he is keeping it close to his chest.

At the end of the day I do not believe DJT has come this far to let a bunch of “obama judges” ruin MAGA

You guys are like children—you want what you want, and you want it now!

There is a process. It’s been the process for almost 250 years. Now you want to ignore that.

Grow up and get some patience.

This is what happens when the administration has to get EVERYTHING done in 9 months before they become a lame duck. It’s not like any of this is a surprise.

Probably right since Congre$$ and the Supreme Clowns of the US (both in the Deep State?) apparently have no desire to solve the low level judges from usurping the power of the Executive Branch.
