Let’s get the deficit in order before circuses.
I think there were many victory parades for the First Gulf War. We went to a big one in Denver.
I’m psyched!!
I’m actually shocked some random judge hasn’t said Trump can’t have a parade.
Look at the unpatriotic Anti-American, anti-Trump/anti-Military responses in the Keywords section above:
waste
bankruptnation
bankrupt
moredebt
cultbehavior
You people should be ashamed.
It’ll be like May Day in Moscow.
I don’t like the optics of this idea. Too much like what China and North Korea do.......
I’ve decided that my decorations will run from the 12th, through the 8th of July.
For the preppers out there, check your preps now, terrorists would love to have an event during this next month.
I’m looking forward to this display of force. Screw those pussies that whine about the cost. The benefit to recruiting will be worth every penny. Even though the recruiting numbers look great currently, the various branches can demand more qualified candidates as wait lists grow. Democrats will never get behind spending cuts so Trump is doing the only thing that will cut into deficits. He is right to attack the problem by stimulating growth. Lowering energy prices, tax cuts, tariffs and curbing inflation will add billions in revenue. Sustained growth at 4%+ will cure many problems once spending is throttled down.
“Kyiv can’t guarantee safety of foreign leaders in Washington DC for the military parade” Zelenskyy says
250 years of the US Army. That’s a thing to celebrate.
If I Could Only Fly...
Where to go? DC? NYC? Alaska??
the Army's 250th birthday
President Trump's 79th birthday
Flag Day
Hope there’s a place for the Clydesdale horses. Haven’t seen them in a parade for a long time.
Sounds great! The Russkies and the NOKOs always put on a sharp spectacle.
It’s clear, as this thread shows, FR is full of America hating commie jerks. Left wing trolls and Dem voters.
They invade everything. Even a tiny little site like this.
Scum. Pure Scum.
I wish they’d get the ZOT. Maybe we can start a bounty to raise money.
Will the FBI be able to parade its “Patriot Front” boys? Or have they all gone back into the closet to wait another day.
I agree. How many other countries can celebrate 250 years of Army heroes? I can’t think of one.
Absolutely. Stuart and Sherman tanks; half-tracks; jeeps; WC 51s & 63s; G506s. If the Army doesn't have operating specimens there are private collectors that do.
The whole thing should be led by the 1st Cavalry Division's mounted unit with guidons flying.
Happy Birthday to those of you who serve or served in the Army and what a wonderful idea to hold this parade. Sad to see it opposed by some here on FR. My friends suffering from TDS are also opposed, but of course they are. America becoming great again requires restoring confidence and parades can and do have that outcome. And, as someone has mentioned this is likely to boost recruitment and I suspect that will apply across the services. I only wish I could be there.
And what better month to celebrate genuine accomplishment and restore pride in our armed forces.

"There were about 11,846 U.S helicopters that served in the Vietnam War. The U.S records show 5,607 helicopter losses.[3]
In total, the United States military lost in Vietnam almost 10,000 aircraft (3,744 planes,[4] 5,607 helicopters[3] and about 1,000 UAVs.[1][5]"
