And stores...stop using AI..it's a pain and I always wind up bypassing and using 10 extra steps to get to a real person.
Agreed, I am finding the AI responses at the top of Google inquiries is infuriating at times.
It is half...and there it is again...humans needed more information to make decisions. In many cases what’s provided is useless. Good people will keep digging, but others probably not and if the information is wrong? Who is at fault and/or accountable when things go wrong?
