Military Summary Channel produces 2/day briefings and map updates on the war in Ukraine.
I've noticed the western press continues to pump out gibberish that is simply disconnected from reality. By contrast there is a small industry of military analysts who post regular updates on the war in Ukraine that gives an immeasurably better sense of the actual situation.
You can find pro-Western analysts like Deep State and pro-Russian mappers, but it doesn't make much difference because these guys have to stay anchored to reality in a way the news media does not. (The MSC is from Belarus and takes a reasonably neutral stance if you can forgive the clickbaity titles - if it feels pro-Russian at times, I've come to recognize it is because the facts are pro-Russian.)
These analysts are anchored to reality because giving daily or multi-daily updates means they can't just randomly make stuff up and get away with it with their audience. If they claim a village has changed hands when it hasn't, for example, 12 hours later they either need to double down on a lie or make an embarrassed correction. So their viewers/commenters keep them honest. (Last year a Russian general, who was sacked, did overstate his gains and it led to literally weeks of frustrated commmentary from these guys in their daily updates as they worked to clean up the mess, thus being the exception that proved the rule.)

Thank you very much and God bless you.
MSC has been my go to for 2 years now.
Reality vs B.S.
Forgetting about Ukraine (as the MSM slowly is) is probably best.
If they don’t want to in earnest settle this matter, ultimately meaning they will take it in the @ss, let them flail around and get bled dry, losing land piece by piece, day after day.
Not our problem.
But we shouldn’t be sending them our money, and equipment.
Which we still are, just in secrecy.
That’s how American politicians do it. If it benefits them, they make a big show, take pictures with the people and equipment going down range. They will publicly list every item send.
If it’s not so popular anymore but they want to do it anyhow, stamp secret on it and put it behind the privacy fence on the bases where it is getting ladden onto aircraft.
LOL, ie russian blogger who proudly sells shirts depicting the russian copy of the Iranian drone that nightly bombs Ukraine's civilian population.
Dima is certainly not pro-Russian given the forum’s comments from those in both countries. He should stick to reporting news and becoming a talking head full of theory(s). He has rarely understood the political, but the military reporting is fine.
MSC is sourced from pro-Uke, pro-Ruki, and neutral telegram channels.
I agree. He is at his best doing the map updates and sharing the various battle reports. A million other pundits are jabbering about the negotiations and politics, he should avoid that.
