On Wednesday May 21, former US Attorney, New York City mayor, and author of The Biden Crime Family: The Blueprint for Their Prosecution, Rudy Giuliani, joined Steve Bannon’s War Room to discuss his current strategies for prosecuting the Biden family.
Giuliani balanced his prosecutorial blueprint with unabashed commentary on Joe Biden’s lack of mental soundness.
Then, Giuliani unleashed his evidentiary framework regarding the Biden family’s quid pro quos with foreign nations.
“The people who covered this up – it is treason,” Giuliani said.

Rudy should have been made the AG.
A few months ago, Rudy was asking for donations to help him pay for legal expenses after being targeted with Lawfare charges re: two women he accused of Voter Fraud.
Does anyone know the outcome of his request? Has he received much money to help pay off those bills?
I hope so. Giuliani has gone through a great deal in his open support of President Trump.
I’m not sure. I know he was bankrupted due to those two black criminals that repeatedly ran ballots through the machines that night in Atlanta.
Yes. That’s what I read during much of last year’s campaign season. I guess Trump has his own reasons for (apparently) not supplying a large portion of the donation assistance for Rudy. I don’t even pretend to know what’s going on there.
If Hunter and the other pardoned refuse to talk, they can refuse the pardon and invoke the 5th or face contempt and jail. Taking exposing them to perjury and most attorneys would advise against that.
Unless they could give up a bigger fish, they’re in trouble.
But the real question is how much testosterone the GOP has.
Too old.
Ohhhh... Rudy is just salivating at the prospect of putting the Biden Crime Family in the dock.
I hope Trump gives him a chance to do it, or Bondi!

There is no constitutional or other legal avenue to reverse the pardons they received. If there were such a thing, don’t you think Biden would have used it on people like Manafort and Stone?
Didn’t he get disbarred (unfairly)? I’m not sure he could prosecute without a license to practice law.
I still think he would have done a great job, or at least would have tried to.
There actually is Supreme Court precedence that allows for a refusal of pardon in order to invoke the 5th. The last presidental pardon I am aware of that was reversed was under Woodrow Wilson but it has happened.
“I hope Trump gives him a chance to do it, or Bondi!”
I wouldn’t hold out much hope for Barbie to DO SOMETHING. Not unless there’s a camera aimed at her.
I do not think one can be pardoned for TREASON.
Please correct me if I am wrong.
We have to pray they get to the bottom of this criminal period of American political leadership and put the perps in prison or to death for treason.
If not, are we to assume they are protecting the pattern of behavior for their own personal gain going forward? After all, how many in leadership might feel this to be a perfect plan sans any prosecutorial effort?
I think the pardoned person can refuse the pardon.
If the pardons were sold, a bribe, the pardon is void. This actually happened with TN governor in the past. TN GOPTim Burchett talked about this.
I doubt Biden had enough neurons to conceive of such a scheme but it is possible that a staffer operating the auto pen could’ve done that. But that obviously would be tough to prove beyond reasonable doubt.
Getting the pardoned person to testify would clarify if the recipient would accept the pardon or not.
