The left’s secret weapon is called ‘disparate impact.’ Trump just crushed it into dust…
Revolver News ^ | April 24, 2025 | Staff

Posted on 04/24/2025 9:37:19 AM PDT by Red Badger

President Trump just made one of the biggest moves yet to destroy the left’s most powerful weapon—and hardly anyone is talking about it. It didn’t even make a blip on the media’s radar.

With one blistering executive order, Trump took a sledgehammer to the very foundation of the DEI movement. That’s right—47 just gutted the so-called “legal theory” that’s been used for decades to punish businesses, control hiring, and force unfair racial quotas under the phony guise of “civil rights.” This was the left’s top-secret weapon—and it was called “disparate impact”—and until now, it’s been holding America back from greatness.

But let’s back up for a minute.

As Revolver has been pointing out for years—through every lens imaginable—DEI isn’t about fairness or progress. It’s a political weapon. Beneath its feel-good label, it’s anti-American and anti-white racism. DEI doesn’t reward excellence; it penalizes it. It doesn’t elevate people; it lowers standards. And rather than uniting the country, it fractures us—by race, gender, and identity—reducing every American to a checkbox.

We recently covered a disturbing story about an FAA supervisor who gave DEI candidates the answers to an air traffic control test. They couldn’t pass on merit, so he helped them cheat. If you’re looking for the perfect definition of DEI in action—this is it: lowering the bar and calling it “progress.”

Revolver:

DEI is slowly but surely destroying this country. It’s gotten so bad—so deeply entrenched in every system—that President Trump has made eradicating it a cornerstone of his administration. And not a moment too soon.

Just look at this latest bombshell, courtesy of a Daily Mail exclusive. They got their hands on a voicemail from a DEI activist and FAA supervisor who, according to their report, handed out critical answers to an air traffic control exam—to a select group of minority candidates.

No wonder the once “friendly skies” have turned so deadly…

Unlimited L’s:

DEI activist allegedly caught sharing air traffic controller exam answers with minority candidates in leaked audio obtained by the Daily Mail

Shelton Snow, a prominent figure in the National Black Coalition of Federal Aviation Employees (NBCFAE), was caught in a shocking audio clip promising advance access to test answers

‘There are some valuable pieces of information that I have taken a screenshot of and I am going to send that to you via email,’ says Snow

‘I am about 99.99 percent sure that it is exactly how you need to answer each question.’

The inside information was offered in 2014 to African Americans, females, and other minority candidates, while Whites were excluded to “minimize competition.”

It remains unknown how many candidates benefited from Snow’s offer to secure coveted air traffic controller jobs

Snow stated, “We can give you advance access to test answers,” as reported by DailyMail

But one former NBCFAE member, Matthew Douglas, told DailyMail: ‘I know several people who cheated and I know several people who are controlling planes as we speak.’

As you can see, DEI has turned hiring into a massive charity scheme. It’s put merit behind skin color. It’s made corporate America obsessed with optics, not output. But it’s not just companies getting hosed. It’s poisoned our military, our schools, our government, and every major institution with race-obsessed politics. And at the core of this entire plot is a legal theory many people don’t know about: disparate impact.

So what exactly is disparate impact?

Disparate impact basically says this: if you have a hiring policy, school policy, or business practice that treats everyone the same, you’re guilty of “discrimination.” Even if there was no intent to discriminate and everyone had equal opportunity, the government could come in and accuse you of bias. That’s how the left pushed DEI so deep into our systems. They didn’t have to prove racism. They just had to show some uneven results. It gave them complete control over hiring, and companies and institutions bent the knee.

And now? Trump just shut it all down.

President Trump signed an executive order that removed disparate impact from the federal government. He pulled the plug on agencies enforcing it and even asked the DOJ and other departments to root it out—everywhere it exists.

Now, employers can go back to hiring based on excellence, skill, and merit again. You don’t have to tiptoe around these dangerous and anti-American DEI quotas just to avoid getting sued. Trump’s big, bold move is the government officially stepping out of the race micromanagement business.

What’s really strange is how the propaganda media is barely even touching the story. This was a massive blow to the heart of DEI—and they just can’t bring themselves to take the “L.”

Look:

https://twitter.com/mualphaxi/status/1915194425761743190

Here’s a close-up of the images:

This is a massive, game-changing move. Quiet. Strategic. But totally devastating to the DEI empire. It’s the kind of action that shows how deeply President Trump understands what’s been done to this country. He’s not just talking about draining the swamp—he’s going after the hidden pipelines that feed it.

President Trump knows the truth: America has been deliberately weakened from the inside out. We’ve been flooded with Marxist ideology disguised as equity, and our greatness has been replaced with charity and mediocrity—all to satisfy the left’s obsession with race and identity. But thankfully, that era is ending. This executive order is the beginning of a serious rollback of the very policies that made DEI possible. Trump is cutting off the supply chain, and the media is too shellshocked to cover it—they know just how powerful this move really is.

An article from 2016 states that the FAA was “unable to recover missing and “corrupted” emails at the center of a cheating scandal exposed by FOX Business Network’s “Trouble in the Skies” last May.’ “

https://finance.yahoo.com/news/faa-admits-emails-missing-air-120000672.html

A recent article from something called ‘Countylocalnews.com’ states that Snow could face “severe repercussions, including termination from his position at the FAA. Additionally, there may be legal ramifications, such as disciplinary actions or even criminal charges, depending on the findings of any subsequent investigations. The fallout from this incident could also affect the National Black Coalition of Federal Aviation Employees, potentially leading to a loss of credibility for the organization.”

They’re not illiterate. They’re smart and cunning.

They’re using Alinsky’s rule #4 - “Make the enemy live up to its own book of rules.” to get what they want.

So you say “all men are created equal”? Fine then everybody should be equal and if not it’s because some people are being oppressed by oppressors.

I think you missed my point.

“We may all be born equal, but it goes downhill pretty quickly after that............”

We are absolutely not born equal. We are different in just about every way. In fact we are unique.

Why people keep repeating that obvious lie is beyond me.

It’s the cause of most of our societal ills and trauma.

You’re not exactly showing yourself to be smart enough to find fault with the Founders and their writings.

Again, they knew exactly what they meant, and so did their contemporaries. You simply don’t understand it.

The founders were humans like you and me and not perfect. Overall they did a great job but they blew the “born equal” part and we’re paying the consequences.

But I’m sure they didn’t foresee the Alinsky types using it to subvert society.

They didn’t say ‘born equal’.

This is a useless conversation.

God...thank you for PDJT.

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, it is hereby ordered:

Section 1. Purpose. A bedrock principle of the United States is that all citizens are treated equally under the law. This principle guarantees equality of opportunity, not equal outcomes. It promises that people are treated as individuals, not components of a particular race or group. It encourages meritocracy and a colorblind society, not race- or sex-based favoritism. Adherence to this principle is essential to creating opportunity, encouraging achievement, and sustaining the American Dream.

But a pernicious movement endangers this foundational principle, seeking to transform America’s promise of equal opportunity into a divisive pursuit of results preordained by irrelevant immutable characteristics, regardless of individual strengths, effort, or achievement. A key tool of this movement is disparate-impact liability, which holds that a near insurmountable presumption of unlawful discrimination exists where there are any differences in outcomes in certain circumstances among different races, sexes, or similar groups, even if there is no facially discriminatory policy or practice or discriminatory intent involved, and even if everyone has an equal opportunity to succeed. Disparate-impact liability all but requires individuals and businesses to consider race and engage in racial balancing to avoid potentially crippling legal liability. It not only undermines our national values, but also runs contrary to equal protection under the law and, therefore, violates our Constitution.

On a practical level, disparate-impact liability has hindered businesses from making hiring and other employment decisions based on merit and skill, their needs, or the needs of their customers because of the specter that such a process might lead to disparate outcomes, and thus disparate-impact lawsuits. This has made it difficult, and in some cases impossible, for employers to use bona fide job-oriented evaluations when recruiting, which prevents job seekers from being paired with jobs to which their skills are most suited — in other words, it deprives them of opportunities for success. Because of disparate-impact liability, employers cannot act in the best interests of the job applicant, the employer, and the American public. Disparate-impact liability imperils the effectiveness of civil rights laws by mandating, rather than proscribing, discrimination. As the Supreme Court put it, “[t]he way to stop discrimination on the basis of race is to stop discriminating on the basis of race.”

Disparate-impact liability is wholly inconsistent with the Constitution and threatens the commitment to merit and equality of opportunity that forms the foundation of the American Dream. Under my Administration, citizens will be treated equally before the law and as individuals, not consigned to a certain fate based on their immutable characteristics.

You haven’t known what you’re talking about, and that is what makes it useless.

You don’t understand the influences of religion and political philosophy that impressed the Founders and their times and guided their thought and writing; and not understanding it, you’re trying to squeeze something profound and revolutionary into your own narrow, material frame of reference.

Make a study of John Locke - probably the most powerful influence on the Founders - and get back to us.

“”We could not get our problem taken care of at that office so we had to drive a hundred+ miles to another IRS office and it was exactly the same..................””

I know. It has intentionally been ‘set up’ this way by the Democrats, America’s enemy within. Anything to create chaos, division and destruction.

Maybe not. Organizations are just changing the names. Newsmax or Fox showed one place — Mayo Clinic — that did a global search-and-replace. Search: “DEI”. Replace with: “Belonging”. Now it’s the Office Of Belonging, and exists for the exact same reason.

I did a search, and there are many other places, primarily colleges, doing that to skirt around PDJT’s EO.

I’m not talking about wealth, social status or lineage or any external things.

Except for birth defects, we are born with two eyes, a brain and a functioning body. We have an unlimited capacity for learning and an innate curiosity to find out about things. What those things are are different for each person. Some may be scientists others carpenters. Each person chooses his or her destiny. We are, at birth, equal in mind, body and spirit. Then the ‘external factors’ kick in...............

The phrase ‘created equal’ refers to the Creator’s intention for generic Man.

Matter can alter physical circumstances, but it doesn’t change the intention.

The rights to ‘Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness’ aren’t material rights, they’re spiritual ones.

We make laws to try and reconcile the intention with the exigencies of material life.
