There has been a lot of buzz over Greg Kelly of Newsmax "finding" video of the July 13, 2024 assassination attempt shooting in Butler, PA which apparently showed a soldier pointing a rifle at President Trump as he was taken by the Secret Service into the limo. Well, I hate to burst anyone's bubble on this but this video was ALREADY presented by Zach De Gregorio of the WolvesAndFinance channel nine days earlier on April 13, 2025. I should know because Your Humble Correspondent posted that video that very same day on the Free Republic. Therefore, I present this video as an attempt to give due credit to Zach De Gregorio who FIRST brought it to light.

After over a week of Grokking that Butler scene I think what we saw was the result of distorted depth perception due to the scene being recorded with a telephoto lens. It is now my believe that the soldier aimed the rifle to the other side of the limo to make sure no unauthorized personnel approached and the telephoto lens made it seem he was aiming directly at the windshield.
For me, the biggest unresolved mystery of not only the Butler assassination attempt but the two other such attempts that we know about ALL having a connection with the Ukraine. As a result I hope the authorities are investigating the DETAILS of Ukraine's connection with those assassination attempts. Just how high up in the Ukraine government did the approval of Trump's elimination go? He is the primary threat to the war funding gravy train that have enriched many at the top levels of Ukraine's government so they definitely had the motive in all three assassination attempts.
I also see his limo surrounded by short, fat, barely out of high school girls as his SS detail. Pony tails wagging.

That’s exactly how I saw it before I saw your post.
He is pointing behind the limo (form our perspective) but because of the acute oblique angle, you cannot tell exactly how far behind the limo he is aiming.

Absolutely right — that is the telephoto “foreshortening” effect or “perspective compression.” It makes objects at different distances from the camera appear closer together and more similar in size than they would to the human eye or with a wider-angle lens.

I am interested in the various command hand signals that were used, though - I don't recall that being discussed back when this first happened.
That weapon is not pointing at Trump. It is aimed along the far side of the vehicle, probably at someone the soldier found suspicious.
He looks like a She.
Zach De Gregorio had a lot of other good information on that video besides about the soldier. For example, he pointed out that they left the body on the roof OVERNIGHT before sending it off to the coroner.
By chance I heard Brian Craig going spastic over this video. He needs new meds lol.

Of course it was a misinterpretation of the video. Some folks will do anything for attention or for a clip.
By the way, the headline was very misleading or, at least, poorly written. I read and scanned very carefully and did NOT SEE A MYSTERIOUS BUTLER SHOOTING A SOLDIER. I didn’t even see a butler anywhere there.
Keyboard warriors jumping to outrageous claims for cred. It’s obvious he is not aimed at the President. It is quite obvious it is a matter of distance & angle. This is a nothing burger in relation to the incident, and there are far more important questions that need answers. This is a complete distraction and whoever came up with it should be medicated.
They knew there was an assassination attempt but basically state Trump was rushed off stage.
I believe other outlets tried to pull the same stunt that basically Trump was somehow a wimpy old man they were protecting because he got sick or something.
Agreed, my first thought before even clicking on the article was “The butler done it.”
And the one short, fat girl still trying to holster her weapon.
