Please remember the Weather Underground and SDS who actually bombed buildings. One was about three doors down from an apartment I decided not to lease in the early 1970s. Totally blown up small CIA building secretly there looking like an insurance office type building. Bomber went on the FBI Most Wanted List.
And there was a 1960s picture of Dustin Hoffman running in terror from his fancy brownstone condo in New York City when the Weather Underground bombe makers accidentally blew themselves and part of the building up making a bomb.

You have to be kidding? He has wires to his phone, a “go pro” type camera on his chest, and maybe a lapel mic. The phone and go pro to keep it powered, and the mic so he can record himself.
Shooting this guy, could it be justified in court? I mean, a guy throws a punch but stops just short of your face, his intention, but you don’t know he’s pranking....
No wonder he stooped the last minute from carring out the punch.
