Always remember, Wong Kim Ark was only affirmed to be a 'Citizen' via the 14th Amendment and not an Article 2 Section 1 Clause 5 'natural born Citizen' that is required to be eligible for the presidency.
If it takes a law to make you a U.S. citizen, that's not natural born.

I wish our side had a smart lawyer to fight this case. By the time the SCOTUS gets done with this case, they have changed it to say any foreigner who “drops a deuce on America soil” is automatically an U.S. resident.
