New Info About Kilmar Abrego-Garcia's Arrest - and Who He Was With - Should Humiliate Dems (But It Won't)

Wednesday afternoon, while many were riveted by the heartbreaking remarks of Rachel Morin's mother at the White House Press Briefing, the Department of Justice released information from Kilmar Abrego-Garcia's 2019 arrest and deportation proceedings that should put a lot of the whisperings about the "Maryland Father's" gang affiliations and alleged lack of due process to rest.

Abrego-Garcia was detained by Prince Georges County, Maryland officials on March 28, 2019 in a Home Depot parking lot in Hyattsville, Maryland. Here are the highlights of that encounter and a subsequent bond hearing, as found in the documents:

As part of that encounter, ICE ERO agents were called to the Prince Georges County jail. They arrested Abrego-Garcia for violating Section 212(a)(6)(A)(i) of the Immigration and Nationality Act and transported him to the Baltimore Field Office for processing. The next day, he was served with a Notice to Appear on that charge.

On April 24, 2019 a bond redetermination hearing was held in which the immigration judge determined that "no bond was appropriate in this matter," because he had not met his burden of showing that he would not pose a danger to others and that he would not be a flight risk. That judge admitted the Prince Georges County gang information sheet into evidence and found that Abrego-Garcia was affiliated with MS-13 based on both the clothing he was wearing and the information from the confidential informant, who was a "past, proven, and reliable source of information" to authorities.

Abrego-Garcia appealed that decision, but it was affirmed by the Board of Immigration Appeals, part of the US Department of Justice, on December 19, 2019.

The fact that one of the forms (the I-213) mentions that Abrego-Garcia was detained in relation to a homicide investigation is interesting, especially since only two out of the four men at the Home Depot parking lot were mentioned as being part of that investigation. There is no other information in the documents about what case that might be in reference to, but we are investigating.

With no evidence, I throw out an alternative: the wife is the FBI informant. Reporting on her husband’s “friends.” Consider the flip-flop in her timeline.

Exactly. Their rage, hostility, anger, incessant revenge, and all the things you listed are also all signs of a psychopath. They present th3mssleves as caring I dividuals when In Reality they care only about themselves and power and money, and will absolutely deatroy and ruin anyone that gets in their way- the want to imprison a 74 year old president, and why? Because he is exposing corruption- their corruption- they want him and his family to spend the rest of their lives behind bar’s because they didn’t get what they wanted- the presidency.

Based upon the FBI’s response to the Tennessee traffic stop, I think he is an informant.

“While no criminal record was found, Abrego-Garcia had received numerous traffic violations for which he never appeared in court.”

So he broke the law many many times, yet the Dems want to make him TIME man of the year. Incredible.

I don’t know if he was an FBI informant or not, but if that label sticks to him down at CECOT, he’s going to have some trouble. But that’s his problem.

But how is that gathering any sympathy from anyone outside of leftists? At least pick Consuela who cleans hotel rooms for a living and has a clean record except for the fact that she’s illegal.

I think they walked into this trap because Trump is not deporting people like Consuela. They have screwed themselves big

I take it you are mentioning Consuela in generic terms. You don't go after the low hanging fruit first with limited resources. That said, I don't have a problem with a Consuela crossing the border with a proper work permit, etc.

Of course it’s generic! Don’t be obtuse

If Consuela, oksana, Abdul or whoever is legally in the country, contributing and walks the straight, I don’t give a rat’s behind what their name is. It’s a metaphor so stop. That’s not who ice is going after. And shouldn’t if everything’s on the up and up. Right now they’re going after ILLEGAL gang bangers, murderers, rapists, child molesters, human traffickers, drug dealers.

I voted for this

Doing some reading to find out the significance of the ranks listed for these people. Came across something interesting about the timing here as well. At https://www.justice.gov/usao-edva/pr/four-ms-13-gang-members-convicted-racketeering-violent-crimes-and-drug-distribution there is a description of stuff that had been going on in Prince William County in March of 2019. A man thought to be a rival gang member was brutally killed in a park. The murder involved 3 different levels of MS-13 members. The entry level is paro ; the lower-level soldier is observacion, and the mid-level soldier is chequeos. In this particular case 2 chequeos gathered the lower-level members to do the murder. In April 2019 one of the chequeos was found with the firearm that had been used to do the killing.

Garcia and the other men in the Home Depot parking lot were approached because they were loitering but the police immediately recognized one of the men who was an observacion with quite a rap sheet. There was a guy who had no known affiliation but was hypothesized to be a potential recruit since gang members are only supposed to hang out with other gang members or recruits. The other 2 men - including Garcia - were chequeos. After detaining the men because they were in the country illegally, the police found out the ranks of the 2 chequeos and held them in connection with a murder investigation. I would bet the murder being investigated was the one reported about in the above link.

At https://www.boston.com/news/crime/2016/04/21/inside-ms-13-initiation-rituals-and-internal-feuds/ there is information from recordings of actual MS-13 meetings that make clear the initiation rituals. Chequeos are the rank that the full-fledged members (homeboys) are when they are initiated and “jumped in”. They first have to kill a rival gang member, then the clique votes to accept them, and then the initiation is 13 slowly-counted seconds where the entire gang beats up the new member, then welcomes them to the gang.

So the chequeos are the people looking to kill rival gang members so they can become full-fledged “homeboys”. They do so by getting permission from their clique leader or regional leader (sometimes with a hit order directly from the leadership which is in prison in El Salvador) and then coordinating the details and the getaway with lower-level paros or observacions. All those levels were present at the Home Depot parking lot.

The report from that detainment mentions that the chequeo other than Garcia had a leg tattoo of the devil, having horns which the officers said is only allowed for higher-level members because it represents leadership. From what I’ve read, I would gather that this chequeo was a full-fledged homeboy because he had been “jumped in” after killing a rival gang member and was likely the clique leader.

The report noted that Garcia wore the Chicago Bulls hat, which they said represented membership in good standing, which I would gather to mean being a full-fledged homeboy. Contrary to what some media reports said, the evidence from his clothing was NOT just that he was wearing a hoodie, but that he was wearing a hoodie showing dollar bills of varying denominations but with the Presidential eyes, ears, and mouths covered up - a visual representation of the MS-13 code “see no evil, hear no evil, and say no evil” (one of the key requirements of MS-13 members is that they keep secrets).

Another point in the second article I linked to is that the East Coast region has its own adopted Project, and that sometimes involves different cliques within that region to work together as directed by the leader of the region - one of which was caught in the murder plot described in the first link I gave. Garcia’s lawyers mention that he was listed as a member of a clique in New York where he had never lived.
