I still think he sees himself above God. Most Dems feel this way thanks to the 1970s self-esteem and self-confidence movements taking hold.

They think their minds are capable of knowing if God, Heaven, Hell and Right or Wrong are defined a certain way or even exist.

This.
Under long-standing precedent, the president cannot be held in contempt because the president is not bound by court injunctions against the federal government.
Anyone this judge finds in contempt, Trump auto-pardons.
State courts have no jurisdiction in immigration matters.

The voters don’t care on MAGA side, the left just whines about everything.

That judge not only just hates Trump, but viscerally despises him with a passion!

(I believe that the ability of courts to hire Special Prosecutors EXPIRED about 20 or 30 years ago. So I agree, he has no authority to do such.)

Not true. It happened in the Michael Flynn case.

(The DOJ finally decided not prosecute Flynn after an independent review, but when they dropped the charges, Judge Emmett Sullivan refused to dismiss the case! Instead, Sullivan appointed an outside lawyer, John Gleeson, to argue against dismissal of the case. Gleeson is a former federal judge of the same ideological stripe as Judge Boasberg. So judge Sullivan became both the judge and the prosecutor.

Flynn appealed and a panel of the D.C. appellate reversed him, ordering him to dismiss the case. He wouldn’t, and the DC court of appeals eventually sent it back for a final decision, but Sullivan refused to dismiss the case and refused to render a final, appealable judgment. He simply was not going to allow Flynn to go free. )

DJT has one card to play to end the whole charade. It’s risky, but it draws the whole cabal out.

The core doctrine of counter-insurgency, written by the US Marine Corps in “The Small Wars Manual” prior to the start of WWII, attests that the way to kill an insurgency, is to turn the people on the insurgency. We didn’t do it in Vietnam, or in GWOT, and the results were predictable.

President Trump needs to go on national television and declare the United States is in an incipient insurgency. A civil war.

He needs to be the best orator in American history to make the case, starting from when Admiral Mike Rogers walked into his campaign, telling him that the NSA was spying on his campaign.

From there, he needs to go down the list. Russia gate. Bleach bit. IRS targeting conservatives. Election tampering. The stealing of taxpayer money to fund DNC projects. The purposeful gaps in his security leading to two assassination attempts. The propping up from a clear mentally compromised president. And on and on. It is no longer healthy debate between two parties. It is a civil war, being undertaken by lawfare, and its purpose is to remove the will of “We The People” because a conservative administration can never hold power.

The powers in the insurgency are at least, the MSM and the DNC.

He then needs to tell the American people, if they want their country back, it is up to them because the United States as it is......is no longer governable.

That is the only way this ends, and it is the only way to win. He has to make that case. Period.

It’s about time for Americans to start cleaning their firearms and inventorying their ammunition. The Tequila and Taco Shack waitress and her old communist lover boy are setting America on the “pathway” to a civil war.

For months? It has only been four and a half weeks since Boasberg’s first order to turn the plane around. March 15th.

I think Judge Boasberg needs to review his title. His title is ‘Judge’, NOT ‘King’ of ‘Emper’. Well past time for his impeachment and jail time.

"Maybe it’s time for POTUS to appoint a special prosecutor to look into how judge Bozo-berg name always seems to pop up ..."

And J6 provided plenty of precedent for imprisoning the accused for a couple of years while awaiting a day in court...

And, if you're going to imprison the judge, there's plenty of precedent for the use of overwhelming force in conducting a "pre-dawn raid" to cart him off to prison.

Someone on Fox News today said the trap is for Trump and his staff and cabinet to make one mistake and then be declared in contempt and look bad to the voters.

What never seems to occur to the left is that the more they try to vilify and destroy Trump and turn public opinion against him, the more he comes out looking good and his popularity increases.

One of the checks on the powers of the federal judiciary is that the executive branch can refuse to enforce its rulings. In such cases, Congress would need to decide which branch of government is correct with impeachment, depending on the political will of the nation, or just ignore it. The public does not want Trump impeached, again, for doing what he was elected to do. Congress could impeach the judge, or do nothing and expose the judge as impotent.

Both this guy and the gal judge are doing this (Zinus, or whatever her name is) - going outside the role of judiciary and having their offices be investigators. They are so far out of line they don’t even remember what their job is.

This has to be brought to a stop.
