The general terms of the agreement are that the US will invest in the development of Ukraine's natural resources and assets to fund the reconstruction of post war Ukraine.

The US will split the revenues 50-50 with the Ukraine until the US has been paid back $500 billion with $350 billion being repayment for aid US has given Ukraine and $150 billion to repay the US for it's investment in the development of the resources. That's a pretty good deal
