Attorney Ty Clevenger has filed a motion in federal court to hold the FBI in contempt for what he calls a “deliberate and willful defiance” of a court order mandating the release of key information related to murdered DNC staffer Seth Rich.
The filing, made on behalf of Texas plaintiff Brian Huddleston, alleges the FBI has systematically concealed records from Rich’s personal and work laptops, obstructing transparency and ignoring clear directives from the court.
“This afternoon we asked the U.S. District Court in Sherman, Texas to hold the FBI in contempt of court for systematically violating the court’s orders to produce records about Seth Rich,” said attorney Ty Clevenger on Tuesday.
“If there is nothing to hide, and Seth died in a “botched robbery,” then why has the FBI gone so far as to commit crimes in order to conceal the evidence? After all, the FBI already has admitted that there is a link between Seth’s work laptop and the 2016 “hack” of the DNC, purportedly by Russian intelligence agents.

Because the FBI has been a force unto itself for 80 years. No one gave them orders. With the rise of the uniparty, Presidents merely wanted to have "allies" at the DOJ and FBI, who could play the game and at least, the DOJ/FBI would not sabotage (or even kill) them.
One could argue for Obama and Biden, it was even the DOJ/FBI who controlled the President.
IMHO, Trump and Patel are fighting a quiet war with the FBI bureacracy, which is still on-going.
In addition, where are the
Jan 6th bomber files.
Jan 6th gallows files.
Civil War gold files.
I don't believe President Trump has any effective control over the FBI yet.

In the very least Patel should want to release the records to definitively establish that it was DNC operative Seth Rich who hacked the DNC and the Russia storyline was used by the DNC and allied media to paper Trump with Russia. I am more concerned about this being established than which Democrat entity killed the DNC low life that leaked it
One could hope that Kash is letting this happen to provide the visibility of the problem and the excuse to fire those responsible, rather than doing so pre-emptively (thats probably not the right word).
If its him just letting things go on as before, then he should be replaced. Let Bongino take the lead.

They (and we) don't have a lot of time. The Democrats and the Deep State people are still thoroughly embedded in all government organizations and will never stop counterattacking. They are very good at power games. Better, in fact, than we are.
