WHAT’S THE DEAL WITH THE FRAUDULENT JUSTICE AMY CONEY BARRETT?

Barrett sided with loony lib justices and Tren de Aragua gangs last week, after throwing J6 political hostages under the bus last year in another example of her despicable interpretation of the law (where she again sided with vindictive libs).

This reporter asked Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt the administration’s comment on Barrett’s decision at today’s Press Briefing at The White House.

See her response HERE:

Who picked her? Duh, we all know... it was the stable genius.

Who told the stable genius to pick her? That is someone who should be unemployed and never allowed near the white house again.

Well, it’s a shame. Even though she’s been on the court for fur years, I think we are still figuring her out. There are some great female conservative jurists. I had always wished we would get Janice Rogers Brown on the Supreme Court. She was amazing at convincing her peers on the California State Supreme Court.

” The overturning of Roe was not a loss for the pro-abortion crowd.”

True, that was rocket fuel for them.

It’s interesting how people here view the Supreme Court.

We all love Trump and Trump is our guy. But the justices he appointed are disappointing to many here.

On the other hand Bush 41 and Bush 43, presidents who are absolutely hated here, appointed Thomas and Alito .

The most hated presidents here appointed the justices we liked the most. And the president we like the best appointed justices which people here like the least.

Go figure.

Yep. Because her ruling against us come at critical moments. She throws us a meaningless bone here or there. But when you really need her, she’s not there covering our back.

She’s still to the right of Gorsuch and Kavanaugh.“

With all due respect that is preposterous

Roberts and Ketanji-Brown (another dash woman).

They both have brains that don’t work exactly right.

“Since people here dislike all three of Trump’s previous Supreme Court nominees, how confident are any of you that we’re going to get some fresh young conservatives on the court?”

Antonin Scalia, Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito are rare. I think most people just hope for the best and prepare for the worst. If Trump appoints a new justice, I expect them to be similar to Gorsuch, Kavanaugh and Coney Barrett. Why would anyone expect anything different?

Don’t go by what the media says. For example, in the almost year that Gorsuch was on the court with Anthony Kennedy, he was significantly to the left of Kennedy.

Looks like Karoline Leavitt sidestepped the question about Barrett’s performance. I’m not liking this at all.

That’s a depressing thought. At least when Bush nominated Harriet Myers, conservatives pushed back. No one will push back on Trump.

Always a red flag. The husband in the passenger was another one for sure. Too late now we are stuck with her but good. She may be slightly better than the communist she replaced but not much at all.

T isn’t stupid. He knew exactly how Kennedy, Ginsburg, Breyer, Sotomayor, and Kagan would vote. So he had cover.

This is very common in congress also, where the caucus marshals votes and then give a member leave to vote against something and act like they are making a stand.
It’s a nice way to bullshit people back home on some local issue. There was no need for the vote to be 6 to 3... Roberts played us.

What exactly is to be gained by her attacking Amy Coney Barrett from the podium?

Since we won the case let’s take the win and move on.

Good to see the prestigious Gateway Pundit White House reporter asking the tough questions.

And Karoline Leavitt being there to respond. Refreshing. Wish Supreme Court Judges were like this.

I’m glad you noticed that. I did too. A red flag went up when that happened.

I think that Barrett, in this case, is not getting a fair consideration.

She only sided with the liberals on two narrow points:

  1. That the people who were sent to El Salvador were entitled to a hearing to determine that they were actually a member of the class of "Alien Enemy" as per the Presidential proclamation.

  2. That the Supreme Court reached the decision on jurisdiction in the district of confinement hastily "without oral argument or the benefit of percolation in the lower courts, and with just a few days of deliberation based on barebones briefing."

Regarding point #2, Barrett wasn't disagreeing with the decision itself (as Sotomayor, Kagan, and Jackson are), she just thought it needed more time to ripen. In this case, yes, she was being a "purist" in asking for process in the lower courts to play out more.

This might be a blind spot for her, where her "ideal court" works as expected and is not being corrupted by left-wing activist judges who are using time itself as a weapon against the President's agenda.
