Ok. I'll give the little feller a small benefit of doubt that he wasn't running from the Feds and he only wanted to have more quality time at home with mommy and daddy. But, he should have moved BEFORE damaging Teslas. And that's because living in prison won't be as nurturing as living at home with mommy and daddy.

In my younger days, I got pulled over for a suspected DUI. When I saw the lights, I slowed way down and looked for a safe place to pull over and stop on the busy street, it took 15-20 secs for me to find a spot.
In the police report the cop made it sound like I was maybe trying to get away.
