“Clearly Fraud”: DOGE Exposes Absurd $60 Million Grant to NGO for Impossible Project [WATCH]
American Tribune ^ | March 30, 2025 | Adam Stanton

In a bombshell segment featured on The Shawn Ryan Show, a podcast hosted by a former U.S. Navy SEAL and CIA contractor, Sarah Adams, who worked with the CIA as a targeter, revealed how he Department of Defense (DoD) wasted $60 million to teach Afghan women farming, despite the Taliban banning women from leaving home.

For context, The Shawn Ryan Show is a popular podcast that often covers military and geopolitical topics, featuring insiders critical of U.S. policy. Ryan has interviewed prominent conservative figures such as Vivek Ramaswamy and has frequently criticised the massive waste in U.S. foreign policy.

Describing the vast problem, Adams explained how USAID wasted millions on impossible projects. She said, “USAID was sending money to Afghanistan. They paid $60 million to teach Afghan women farming. The Taliban don’t even allow Afghan women to leave their homes. That was the Department of Defense that did the $60 million. That wasn’t even USAID, and their operation sent them home.”

Continuing, the former CIA targeter explained how the DOD funded the Taliban in a March 21, 2025, interview. She added, “So, the Department of Defense is also giving the Taliban money that nobody discussed, but like he said, last year, they said they gave 60 million for women’s education when women can’t go to school. They gave 11 million for the Taliban to register their broken arms.”

Adding to that point, Sarah Adams explained that USAID was just the tip of the corrupt iceberg. She stated, “So we don’t just have a problem with USAID. We don’t just have a problem with the State Department. We have a problem with the money in the Department of Defense, money that the CIA is getting into the Taliban. We have to be honest about all these pockets of money, because you can’t stop them if you don’t discuss all of them…this has to be an act of Congress.”

Building upon her argument, she advocated for new laws to be enacted. She said, “This has to be no tax dollars for terrorist acts, which I once again called on His Excellency Speaker Mike Johnson, to put it up for a vote. Let members vote on it. This needs to stop.”

Describing the consequences of this corruption, Adams explained how this money is laundered to anti-American terror cells. She added, “Okay, now, when we take it a step further, like I told you, some of the humanitarian dollars goes to these foreign fighters, but the counterterrorism dollars come in as us cash, and they go all over the place, and we’ve discussed it before, but they go into a number of these plots.”

Concluding her argument, she drew a chilling conclusion. Adams said, “I mean, it’s insane that we’re funding these incidents that are going to kill Americans, because think of how that’s going to come back, right? We have some Americans who have died. Let’s say Mogadishu. We have a bombing go off in Virginia, and then when you track the money down. The money came from the U.S. government.”

Republicans have been criticizing Democrats since forever for "fiscal irresponsibility",
but it turns out the main problem all along was outright stealing.

The Democrats give rewards based on what they intend to achieve. In real life, rewards are given based on what is actually achieved.

I don’t see how this can be interpreted as anything but an active agenda from somewhere very high up to bankrupt and destroy America, with stupid Congressmen bought off on a personal level to help facilitate the attack.

IDENTIFY the names of all the people in the Department of Defense who did or were associated with this and then have them indicted, tried, convicted, sentenced and publicly have their the sentence carried out in public for giving aid and comfort to the enemies of the United States.

This needs to be done no matter how many flag officers or even former SecDef Austin end up being involved.

This is how you become a millionaire on a government salary.

STEP ONE: LIE YOUR A$$ OFF TO GET ELECTED.

STEP TWO: Create a “Non-Governmental Organization”, a “NGO” with a cool sounding name, like “People for the Earth” or some such nonsense.

STEP THREE: Make yourself, spouse, son, daughter, mother, father, brother, sister or in-laws ‘Board Members’ with huge salaries, like $100k+ per year EACH.

STEP FOUR: Apply for federal grant money in the millions of dollars for some esoteric purpose like “Studying the mating habits of African Aardvarks in relationship to Climate Change.”

STEP FIVE: PARTY!...........................

“60 million to teach Afghan women farming”. This is more CIA off the books financing, pure and simple. They have spent billions that have never been accounted for by Congress oversight, but 100 of these projects add up to some serious money that will never be audited (until now).

Look into the wife of the British politician whose wife got millions in USAID to teach Afghani women about toilet art and had the audacity to whine about it being taken away.

That’s exactly it. That, and insider trading. It amazes me that it’s gone on so long and no one has managed to put a stop to it.

Every department in the government was a slush fund of immense proportions.

Every committee in Congress, both House and Senate, are rife with corruption, one way or another.

The plethora of NGOs getting grants and other things like no-bid contracts, is testimony to the graft and corruption rife throughout all of Washington DC. It has been this way for decades, and especially since the Nixon administration when, in the shadow of Watergate, the Congress took away the President’s power to ‘impound’ funds allocated by Congress for stupid things like this.

That just opened the floodgates for money to flow like mana from heaven to all the sleaze balls in government.

And that doesn’t even count the insiders of the bureaucracy that do essentially the same things............

I don’t know about women not being allowed to engage in farming in Afghanistan. I worked with a guy who was a former Army Ranger, and who served three tours in Afghanistan as a platoon leader and later as a company commander. When he was company commander he set up an observation post (OP) on a hill with a good view of the surrounding countryside. Since he had fewer than 200 men in a sea of thousands of Taliban he needed a clear field of view.

There was a woman working in a field below, while her worthless husband was chewing khat, or surfing porn of whatever he did. The husband took offense to American troops looking upon his laboring wife, and complained to their company commander. The commander (my co-worker) explained that he needed to have a good view of the countryside and rejected his objections. The devoted and loving husband was infuriated and proceeded back to his farm, where he vented his frustration by beating his wife.

The commander, who also happened to be a body builder, unwisely, went down the hill, and beat the snot out of the husband, warning him of consequences if he ever witnessed him striking a woman again. His impromptu efforts at marriage counseling may not have had the effect he intended, but there is was. The wife was safe as long as the U.S. troops were watching.

The party can be at a five star resort where you hold a conference about best ways to achieve the goal of whatever. That can count as your distribution from your NGO even if nothing happens for the people that it was supposed to help.

We need a law, and a single select comittee, with members of the House Intelligence Comittee and members of the Senate Intelligence committee, wherein, in a Sciff, the entire CIA budget and spending is opened up, and, in Consultation with the WH, whittled down to the Commander In Chief’s foreign policy, and otherwise not given to the CIA. Secondly, in the suceeding year, the CIA must be required, in the form of an audit, to show what was allocated to it was not spent anywhere else.

I think for a few decades the CIA has been running its own foreign policy, and through domestic political subversion in Congress obtaining its favored picks on the Congressional Intelligence committees to insure the CIA’s own secrecy from the WH and the Congress is protected.

I belive the CIA self-finances its darkest stuff through various legal and illegal ventures. Things like AE Industrial Partners need thorough examination, just to start.
