VIDEO

The massive JFK files were released and there was so much information that even with thousands of people analyzing them they are still slow to digest. My plan is to wait for Mark Groubert of "America's Untold Stories" to analyze the most significant of the files to see his authoritative analysis. In the meantime, here is some humor relating to the release of those JFK files. Hey, you think this is petty? Then look again at the name of this channel and get off my case or I shall sentence you to spend the rest of your natural lives doing nothing but reading the JFK files.

TOPICS: Humor; Weird Stuff
KEYWORDS: jfkassassination; jfkfiles
Mark Groubert didn't have time to look at much of the JFK files yesterday when the show went live just minutes after the files were released.

I added Onassis into the mix. He sure didn’t waste anytime comforting the widow.

I had a forty year career in telecommunications and for about thirty of those years I was sent to Plano Texas time after time for training on telephone switches, channel banks, data switching, digital cross-connect systems, for troubleshooting and maintenance.

One training course lasted for a few weeks, so one weekend I went down to Dealey Plaza to see it for myself. This was in the 1980’s. I walked down the sidewalk and looked over my shoulder to see the window of the Texas School Book Suppository sic Building. I could almost reach up and touch it.

Right then I realized all of this sophistry about the single bullet, grassy knoll and the like was all crap. Barney Fife could have made that shot. This new hype around the covert JFK files is comical and should be lampooned.

A guy could have literally thrown a rock from that window and hit JFK in the head it was so close.

I had the same reaction when I was walking on the field at Giants/Jets Metlife Stadium. It looks HUGE on TV but on the field it seems much much smaller.
