I’m somewhat familiar with the technology. This isn’t something even a really good tech could easily knock together in his garage. Too many hard-to-get parts. Then there’s all the test equipment needed to tune it and make it work. In my whole career, I’ve only worked in one place where a company would have put this together. On the relative technology scale...what easily available vs. what a scientist could do...it would be like asking a mechanic to build you a TV.
