Vanity: Per the U.S. Constitution - the D.C. Circuit Courts Could be Eliminated by Congress
VANITY

Posted on 03/16/2025 8:16:50 PM PDT by TigerClaws

Congress can eliminate the far left D.C. Circuit Judges with a majority passing Act.

Some experts here can chime in but here's the legal background per Wiki:

The Judiciary Act of 1789 (ch. 20, 1 Stat. 73) was a United States federal statute enacted on September 24, 1789, during the first session of the First United States Congress. It established the federal judiciary of the United States.[2][3][4][5][6] Article III, Section 1 of the Constitution prescribed that the "judicial power of the United States, shall be vested in one Supreme Court, and such inferior Courts" as Congress saw fit to establish. It made no provision for the composition or procedures of any of the courts, leaving this to Congress to decide.[7]

***

If Congress can decide, ax the D.C. liberal circuits to stop the judicial tyranny.

Why does a non-State get to have a circuit at all?

Put their court systems within Virginia.

PROBLEM SOLVED.

Let’s get with the program. This joint has way too many so-called “judges”.

Congress could end the D.C. Circuit and transfer all of the judges to a new court in Antarctica, but they won’t.

Yes, along with simplifying the U. S. Code. Easy to understand laws will generate fewer disputes.

Australia would be a more appropriate destination for the kangaroo courts.

But why would Australia want these A-holes?

Kangaroos are pests in Australia and there are culling hunts to reduce their numbers. If we sent them to Australia...

YES. The DC Federal District Court (and the Circuit Court above it) are the kangaroo courts of the DC deep-state and permanent federal bureaucracy.

Its where they hold important political show trials and also where they make leftist policy from the bench, on issues Congress or President never intended.

All of the Democrat appointed judges in the D.C. Circuit are hardcore leftists. The Republican appointed judges are a mixture of RINOs and moderates with maybe a couple of conservative constitutionalists. They are a perfect representation of the U.S. senate.

RINOs would fight it, but it should be on the consideration list.

Congress is useless, plus many in Congress despise Trump so they will not do much...

At which point EVERY questionable ruling would transfer to Seattle, LA, or Honolulu.

Mike Davis of the Article III Project has proposed this. There are other ways to scrutinize and reform the judiciary, but eliminating the DC Circuit and its Court of Appeal are two of the most potent. The judges affected could be offered retirement or relocation to another part of the country, assuming that the Supreme Court Chief Justice and the Chief Judges of the circuit and district involved approve.

William Matthews Merrick. He was a Federal Judge on the DC circuit during the First Democrat-Republican War. Congress got so angry with his treasonous decisions that they disolved his court from underneath him.

THIS is how you pop activist pimple judges! Start with the DC Circuit judges who railroaded J6 patriots.

Congress can create a Court of Final Federal Appeals and let Trump pick a loyalist to serve as its judge.

Congress can also bar appeals of its decisions to the Supreme Court.

His team reads here.

Hopefully this gets proposed this week.

Watch the ‘switch in time’ that’ll result as the judges try to save
their jobs (and sweet retirement payouts).
