The U.S. military is undergoing major policy changes regarding transgender service members following a Presidential Trump directive to ban transgenders from service in the U.S. military.
The ongoing federal litigation challenging this policy. A ruling is expected on Tuesday or Wednesday. U.S. District Judge Ana Reyes, a Biden-appointed judge, has expressed skepticism and indicated her likely hostility towards Trump’s transgender ban.
The judge was quoted by the Associated Press as saying of transgender troops: “They have to essentially be in hiding while in service.”
The judge was quoted in this ABC story as saying she believed transgenders only had a higher risk of suicide because of discrimination. The judge said the DOJ ‘cherry picked’ evidence and examples to support its claims that transgenders were unfit for military service.
The ongoing litigation contends that Trump’s order violates transgender people’s rights to equal protection under the Fifth Amendment.

Those judges are obviously due to DIVERSITY (part of DEI).
DADT was essentially directed toward gays in the Military....it handed me a laugh to hear all this earnest talk about it,bc it seemed like it was the absolute FIRST thing on the Clinton Administration agenda—approach seemed so amateurish bc they had no first hand knowledge....I did though....way back in early ‘66 when the big buildup for Vietnam began for real....Sometime in the first day or two my barracks (names roughly A-G, 1st platoon) was visited by a guy from 3rd platoon....he showed everyone photos of himself dressed as a decoy woman (looked a lot better than him as a man) working the tawdrier pickup “nightclubs” in and near the Chicago downtown are, wearing a slinky gown and dancing with some very gullible and lonely looking guys..He was very brazen about this, and seemed proud and of course unapologetic....this was all “by way of introduction” to all 220 of us in F-1-5-— nobody really flinched, everybody seemed amused/bemused-—almost couldn’t/didn’t want to believe it, and maybe thought it was just a joke? but NO ONE but ONE guy, started privately fuming and threatening to get him alone somehow and kick the sh*t outta him....most scoffed at this guy , who oddly seemed to generate no support or enthusiasm to join him... It was astonishing to me how well-integrated this gay guy (probably 5-6 years older than the rest of us)was into the daily operations of our Company (though of course he was a “candy ass” and could never get any of the basics, like marching in step with the rest of us——SO, long story short,one day a group of us made it into the barracks and went upstairs to get ready for something or other, and we all see a bunch of guys from downstairs, all arrayed around a closed door at the front of the upstairs room—this was supposed to serve as a private room for a corporal who was sometimes attached to the Company, but unoccupied for the moment.The guys about half dozen of them, had their ears glued to the door, “shhhhh” ing all us late arrivals who wondered what was going on-—they informed us that the gay guy’s nemesis, a real tough guy who shall remain nameless, was going to request a BJ , then do the necessary punishment...the guys listening were growing restless b/c there didn’t seem to be any noise coming out of the room.... THEN ,,,,whoa...wait a minnit!.....we heard the doorknob start to twist open.....and the door opened....and 25 yr old gay female impersonator and 21 yr old 6’ tall tough guy both walk out with sheepish smiles on their faces....true story.

No tranny is losing any rights. They can put on trousers, get a haircut like the rest of the men, and ditch the lipstick. Easy peasy, still in the military
