My take on this is that prior to her being appointed, whistle blowers would have been squashed. Now, that someone credible runs the agency, good employees are free to point out additional egregious misconduct without fear of retaliation. GOD BLESS PRESIDENT TRUMP! GOD BLESS TULSI GABBARD!
