On Thursday President Trump appealed the reinstatement of Cathy Harris, a Biden holdover in the executive branch who was fired by Trump – then rehired by a corrupt Obama judge.
“PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Defendants hereby appeal to the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit from this Court’s Memorandum Opinion and Order granting Plaintiff’s Motion for a Temporary Restraining Order,” The Trump DOJ’s wrote in a notice of appeal.

Judge has no saying on what goes on with staff within the Executive Branch of government. The Constitution is clear on the Separation of Powers.

Seems like the Sup Court would have legitimate powers over the executive branch through checks and balances and Marbury v Madison. But the Article III courts created by Congress maybe should not. Perhaps each of these disputes that goes through Federal District Courts, should go to the Supreme Courts in their Original Jurisdiction. Seems that one branch overseeing another would require equal dignity. CBNS

This is definitely going to the Supreme Court. It is a core separation of powers issue going all the way back to Humphrey’s Executor, which has rightly been eroded but needs to be overturned in its entirety.
you are correct, it seems to me we just need a 3 strikes rule for judicial decisions, overturned 3 times and you are OUT.
I think this is the one that Bondi screwed up - the bylaws say she can be terminated for any one of three things - our team didn’t document any of the three things.
Granted - they probably wouldn’t have won anyway - but at least be prepared.
I would expect to win this on appeal.
If the president can’t fire her, who can? Did the court appropriate executive powers? Or are they going to empower the bureaucrats to hire, fire and police themselves? This is ridiculous.
In the interim do a performance review. Assign her to a task within the scope of her duties that she would likely refuse.

These judges need to be thrown off the bench for obstruction.
Emails, phone records and bank accounts need to be inspected with these judges.
Just move here to some forlorn office in the middle of nowhere.
