Why?
They’re calling the citizens *vigilantes* and *militias* and saying it’s a problem for border patrol but the BP can’t stop them.
I think the citizens should stay out of the way and BP do its job. The citizens will just cause trouble, get kidnapped or something else stupid.
The cartel gunmen will eventually move in and stop the pesky citizens. It’s coming.
There used to a science fiction magazine Worlds of If.
If the new Trump border patrol and ICE policies mean strict and effective enforcement of the border crosser arrests.
If the judges don’t put injunctions on for months at a time in legal battles while ICE is helpless.
If the violent gangs don’t shoot border agents and citizens and invade neighborhoods in the US.
If a substantial portion of The Wall gets built quickly.
If deportation is massive and fast and effective (without quick returns of just deported illegals as has gone on for years).
Then....
As George Wallace said to his angry supporters when heckled by leftists at speeches in 1967: “Just let the police handle this. Let the police handle it.”
Let their deportation be with prejudice.
That is why you would like it. The libs are the ones doing that.
I like the citizen patrols. They are finding loopholes in the fences and reporting them to BP.
I found one and that is how they are able to climb the wall. First of all I said they should have built a fence like the one that was in Jurassic Park but no one consulted me. Since they went with this design I’m wondering is there anyway to put axle grease or heavy mineral oil on it so they can’t climb it? Maybe go on the other side and gorilla glue spikes, nails, shards of glass or something? I’m open for ideas.

Without effective monitoring and enforcement a fence, wall, or moat with sharks with laser beams won’t be 100% effective.
With that said, the enforcement is coming, the wall is being completed. Concertina wire on the top and a slew at the bottom will cause problems for the ladder boyz
The most effective will be when the invaders realize that the cash cow is gone amd maybe it is time to fight to fix their shithole countries
With USAID money gone, anyone wanting to make the journey will actually have to walk the thousands of miles, let’s see how many will and can do that, especially with no golden amex card on the other side

Remember the Bundy standoff? I expect if the Cartels come in and kill a bunch of citizens trying to protect their land/country, the result will make the Bundy deal look like a kid’s tea party...

More than that, they’ll now have to pay the cartels for safe(r) transit, rather than USAID paying them.
