DOGE finds millions of fake social security recipients/numbers, 25 million over 100, and It’s only the beginning!

The Social Security system just took a massive hit—thanks to DOGE uncovering what could be one of the largest frauds in American history. With over 395 million Social Security numbers on file, you’d think there was some sort of miracle happening. But the U.S. population? Around 334 million. That’s a discrepancy you can’t just ignore. This isn’t a technical glitch—this is fraud.

DOGE’s investigation uncovered 3.5 million Social Security recipients listed as being over 140 years old, with some records showing ages as absurd as 360-369 years old. This isn’t a glitch—this is outright fraud. Even more shocking, over 25 million recipients are listed as over 100 years old, and their death fields are marked as “False”—meaning they’re still considered alive, even though they should have passed long ago. To top it off, some individuals are listed as being over 150 years old, with two people absurdly marked at 240 and 360 years old. Are we really funding vampires with Social Security checks? If this weren’t so serious, it would be laughable.

LOL!

"Social Security" itself is the largest fraud in American history.

Looks like Social Security may not be on the verge of bankruptcy after all. I bet when they take a look at Medicare SS fraud will pail in comparison.

This is beyond anything we should ever put up with. The deep state and the politicians who support them are nothing but a pack of filthy thieves.

Firing squads are to costly. You don’t need 6 bullets, just one 50 cent 9mm.

Doge dipshits don’t know that COBOL defaults blank date fields to 1875.

2025 - 1875 = 150 - Could explain a small number

You mean 25 million people over 100 years of age?

Or even 25 million registered Democrat voters over 100 years of age?

Where does the money go from illegal aliens’ fake SS accounts?

So how is this even happening? The Social Security Administration is stuck using outdated systems, like the ancient COBOL-based program that uses default birthdates such as “1875” for unknown records. These systems are prone to errors, allowing fraudulent records to slip through unchecked.

A decent programmer wrote code to prevent that from happening. I've done it many times over the last 40 years.

Yeah, I can see how the numbers remain active, just sloppy record keeping. But if they are actually receiving payments, that is fraud and a crime.

These numbers can easily be reconciled with IRS records once doge get their hands on. IRS will show who worked and who did not, unless IRS has fraudulent W-2, which is unlikely

The majority of the fraud is being committed by illegal aliens, they buy social security numbers off the street, using the SSN’s of dead people who have been dead 20+ yrs, but were never reported dead by their families or the funeral home so that is how the fraud works..that is how illegals are able to get cars, homes, etc on dead people’s names

Is it wrong to think about bringing back the firing squads?

I don't think firing squads ever were a thing in the US. But hanging criminal has a long and stoic history.

Many could be illegal aliens and I bet many SS numbers have multiple people using them.

“Doge dipshits don’t know that COBOL defaults blank date fields to 1875.”

Really? You think the social security birth dates in there are a consequence of COBOL programming?

What of the 250 and 360 year old? What COBOL explanation have you for that? Or the sheer number of recipient that surpass our national population? COBOL genius says what?

On the face of it you don’t know what you’re talking about.
