The federal executive branch needs a reset. Unfortunately we got stuck with a legacy 36.2 trillion debt that has to be factored into this situation. But the current programs/processes have got to be trimmed way down. One agency off to a good start on this is USAID. I got to praise their current leadership team for doing a good job.
