What a pathetic POS. Before he became Chairman of the DNC, Republicans held both Houses of Congress. Once he took over the Chair, Democrats got control and kept control of both Houses of Congress throughout his term. He only held the position for two years from 2009 to 2011, but oversaw a RAT takeover.
