I just happened to take a tour of KSC today, and while I already leaned that way, it solidified my opinion, which aligns with yours. Did you know the KSC, paid for by taxpayers, now is a glorified amusement park with an $80+ admission and $15 parking.
Getting on the bus to see the Saturn V exhibit - why I wanted to go in the first place - I was assured that there will be a black person and a woman sent to the moon and later on to mars, because as we all know, that’s the only relevant qualification.
I found it undignified and racist. I see ugly failure in the Starliner mock-up - that sullies a system that works - the Falcon- by it’s mere presence in the same space. The Falcon clearly used for actual space launches the Starliner unblemished by success.
The KSC should be less amusement park complete with carnies, and more about the history and artifacts of hard-won success during a time where hard work and merit mattered more than DEI nonsense.
This history can’t be trusted to those who hate the people that made things happen.

The witless astronauts from Boeing did this to themselves. They actually flew a rocket with helium leaks as if they didn’t matter. They are lucky to be alive, so let them do their time marooned in space thinking about what idiots they are for doing what they did....to themselves, and possibly endangering the other lives on the space station while they tried to BS their way into docking without full control of their vehicle. They were lucky - they could have brought the whole shooting match down.
Go ahead Elon, save them. But shame them on the way down, and whatever you do - don’t let them touch a damn thing - just haul the deadweight back to earth and by saving a couple of idiots, show America how it’s done right.
It could accidentally set off a nuclear meltdown....

Pretty amazing. We were gobsmacked when that happened the first time. Now, the second time was a huge success, too.

We already tried to send OJ Simpson to Mars and look how that turned out. In the end only Mr. Barbara Streisand survived the ordeal (it toughened him up to the point where he survives living with Babs every day).
I think it was his Starliner, not the Falcon rocket.
