President Trump fired 17 Inspectors General in a Friday night purge to punctuate the end of his first week in office.
And what a week it was! President Trump is accused of accomplishing more good for the country in his first five days than Joe Biden and his handlers did in four years.
Real Clear Politics reporter Susan Crabtree explained that many of these IGs, who are in a position to identify and clean up waste and abuse, have long histories of whitewashing reports and playing politics.
President Trump kept current Department of Homeland Security Inspector General Joseph V. Cuffari Jr., who is conducting multiple investigations into the Secret Service failures that led to two assassination attempts on President Trump’s life.

GOOD NEWS! I have long said that any salaries paid to any IG’s - any agency - is a total waste of money!!! I wonder how many more to go. It should be like US attorneys - can them all and start fresh with a new president.

When Trump was talking to the citizens of N. Carolina yesterday at the airport, I couldn’t help but notice SS presence. NO DEI, those guys all looked to be special forces types being much more vigilant than any agents I’ve ever seen before.
Notice the large box of anti drone technology atop the SUV the president rides in. I worry constantly about Trump’s safety. At least I’m pretty sure the SS is no longer actively trying to kill him.
I think it may have been a situation of ‘keeping your powder dry’ during the first administration because all relevant court systems were fully corrupted. To avoid double jeopardy limitations, document and move on, and try to prosecute later.
Pretty sure but not completely. The trouble with people who are not trustworthy is that they make all of us suspect and trust less.
That is the Secret Service I used to know. The Butler, PA incident was deliberate. We must have treason trials.
It won’t be long before he will have nailed every bottomfeeding maggot in the District of Corruption who leaked trash about him to the “media” during his first term.
