Oath Keepers founder and president Stewart Rhodes was released from prison on Monday night after President Trump’s J6 pardons and commutations.
Rhodes was sentenced to 18 years in prison by US District Judge Amit Mehta in May 2023 after he stood outside the US Capitol on January 6 and did not enter the building.
Judge Mehta warned the courtroom that Rhodes is a terrorist as he issued “terror enhancement” penalties to lengthen the seditious conspiracy sentence and argued the “hierarchal leader” should serve nearly two decades in prison to assure he does not conspire another terror attack like January 6, “blackest of this country.”

On Monday, Stewart was released from prison in Maryland.
The Gateway Pundit contributor Jenn Baker and a friend drove from Washington DC to pick up Stewart. When they arrived at the prison they received this call.
They were releasing Stewart Rhodes! What wonderful news!

– He NEVER went inside the US Capitol on January 6.
– He never instructed anyone to go inside the US Capitol.
– He was unarmed as were all of his Oath Keeper associates that day.
– They left their weapons outside of the city in their hotel rooms.
– There was no plan to enter the US Capitol.
– The few Oath Keepers who entered the US Capitol assisted police.
– There was no scheme to take over the government with their bare hands.
– There were no pre-planning meetings on how they were going to take over the Capitol.
– The prosecution was a sham.
– There was no evidence of an insurrection – at all!
– The jury was a pool of DC communists and unhinged left-wing activists who see themselves as victims.
Amit Mehta is a terrorist who probably filled his shorts when President Trump commuted the sentence.

Now impeach and disbar Mehta
William Matthews Merrick. He was a Federal Judge on the DC circuit during the First Democrat-Republican War. Congress got so angry with his treasonous decisions that they disolved his court from underneath him. That is what needs to happen again to the DC Circuit.
I was so relieved to hear Stewart Rhoades was getting out. And the Proud Boys.
You can’t make plans to stand up to a tyrannical government WITHOUT being willing to bleed for it. You just end up occupying a jail cell on BS charges.

This goes way back further than just Jan 6 and should be a lesson for us all.
