This is actually a good point - we have a Constitutional crisis in that any two-bit "judge" in the two-bit banana republic of New York [where bills of attainder and ex post facto laws are apparently A-OK] can assault opposing national candidates with their fake laws and interfere in national elections at will.

President Trump is merely calling out the fact that this pile of greasy, corrupt dogsqueeze Merchan is lying on the sidewalk for anyone to step in - along with the piles of Merchan's two-bit "judge" pals in New York.

There are all sorts of things wrong with this "case". The statute of limitations expired on all events cited. The state of New York concocted an ex post facto "law" to remove the statute of limitations that was directly aimed at Trump. Not just a simple ex post facto law, but a bill of attainder aimed at legislatively punishing Trump by removing the statute of limitations. There is also the matter of the 14th Amendment equal protection clause. How many other persons have been pursued using the New York law that removed the statute of limitations? If it's only Trump, I refer back to the bill of attainder nature of that law.
