Criminality and Financial Incentives Concerning Hospital COVID Deaths: Why a Presidential Pardon Can’t Shield Fauci from State Prosecution

Regardless of a presidential pardon, Dr. Anthony Fauci remains subject to possible prosecution for violations of state criminal codes that he (and other named officials) allegedly committed during the COVID-19 pandemic.

On behalf of hundreds of aggrieved families of lost loved ones during the pandemic, extensive legal briefs requesting criminal investigations of alleged state crimes have been submitted by the Vires Law Group, West Palm Beach, FL, to attorneys general in Florida, Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, and Missouri. (View the Texas filing here.)

This article identifies some of the huge financial payments (bonuses) paid to hospitals during the pandemic.

Further, it is believed that these payments served as motivation to encourage the extensive use of the toxic drug remdesivir as well as end-of-life ventilators for many COVID-19 patients.

Additionally, the coercion of attending physicians (and nurses) by hospital administrators and other officials to “go along” with toxic treatments of COVID-19 patients is described.

Regarding remdesivir, the recent testimony of Dr. David Martin before members of the Oklahoma state legislature (view here for short video) is daunting to say the least.

His testimony is a strong indictment of those who supported and administered remdesivir, a drug publicly known to be highly toxic, causing kidney and other organ failure contributing to or causing a patient’s ultimate death.

Birx or whatever the shoulder scarf persons name is. The amount of animosity and contentious encounters from mask and distancing rules they pulled out of their butts should be criminal. Some of us ignored it pretty much.

Maybe this is why the really good TX and MO AG's didn't get the Trump nomination.

They are needed where they are.

I hope that man, as well as anyone who furthered the research that created Covid and the pharmas that created and distributed the jabs, are finally held accountable. Everyone involved has blood on their hands, and they should be forced to compensate everyone who has suffered.

So, In your opinion, the inventors of the vaccines that saved millions of lives should be prosecuted?

No amount of compensation will ever be sufficient for the loved ones of the innocent individuals murdered. RIP DF. RIP DG.

If they made what folks call the Covid vaccines, yes, because none of those shots did anything to protect people, and actually maimed and killed millions worldwide.

Pardoning Fauci would mean Michael Vick should have his conviction overturned.

Say that Biden does pardon Fauci for his crimes. He has the authority to pardon only Federal crimes.

Since his actions caused harm in (probably) every state, are there loopholes that would allow state AGs to prosecute him? Of course, there could be thousands of civil suits from now ‘til Doomsday by harmed Americans and families.

An international court’s actions could be interesting, too.

“...the inventors of the vaccines that saved millions of lives should be prosecuted?”

In a heartbeat. They were scams from the get-go, they caused harm from the get-go, and TPTB in Pharma knew it.

Have ya READ the 500+-page report yet?

Get boosted again. There’s an issue with Immunoglobulin 3 to 4 shift. Only someone incomprehensibly stupid doesn’t understand this issue now. And Gas_dr.

They are vaccines despite the conspiracy theories to the contrary and yes, they did save millions worldwide.

“So, In your opinion, the inventors of the vaccines that saved millions of lives should be prosecuted?”

He’s not talking about vaccines that saved people, he’s talking about the covid shot that killed people.

Then he’s making up things to talk about that don’t exist.

False premise. They weren't VACCINES.
