RFK Jr is a member of one of the most adored and respected families in Democratic politics. In 2008 President Obama considered nominated him to Secretary of the EPA, and the left was pleased with the prospect. Yet today, Trump has nominated him to become the Secretary of HHS and the reaction from these same people has been anything but positive....
Anybody think he would have cost us some states? or even one?

I’m not sure who he would have pulled votes from.
Every poll I saw when he was running was he was pulling from Biden way more than Trump.
Biden/Dems engaged in various hanky panky to keep RFK off state ballots etc..

You could say the exact same thing about the “evolution” of Trump.
Yes, but Trump was never a big player in any party.
He was just a businessman who donated, no one in either party really viewed him with respect.. he was just a donor.
It’s impossible to prove or disprove a “what if”... but the bottom line is that we won. If Trump considers his understanding with RFK an “art of the deal” kinda thing that worked, I’m fine with that.
remember friends, President Donald J Trump was “one of them” once. respected by liberal democrats, they ALL wanted his ear, time and money. they fell over each other to have a picture taken with him and inundated him with their sob stories of how important his involvement in this cause or that project was. the liberal elitists went from a LOVE of Donald J Trump to despising him faster than the escalator he was riding on. HE didn’t change. the scum liberals did.
Donald Trump was never “respected” by democrats, he was a big money donor... they didn’t care about him he was always an outsider.
They loved his money, but don’t think for one second that they respected him.
I’m very pleased with the nomination of Kennedy for Health and Human Services. Yes he is a big time liberal that’s wrong on 95% of the issues.
But Trump picked the right man for the right job with respect to Kennedy’s strong stances against Big Pharma and the corruption with FedZilla and the Medical Community.
Pro abortion up until birth, money spending liberal whackjob.
I don’t want to see him anywhere near Trump’s Administration.

My gut feeling is he’ll be a pariah with Republicans after we get to know him. He sounds good so far, but he’s lib and everything they touch becomes a mess.
Taking on the Big Pharma Leviathan is going to keep him very busy.
Big Pharma is mean and nasty and consider DC and the mass media a wholly owned subsidiary.
I figured that would happen when certain states refused to remove him from the ballot.
