If our Founders put their family above Country, we likely would never have broken away, declared our freedom and the many who fought and died, and instrumental ones who did not prioritize family, gave the bulk of their wealth, whatever they could to the cause. If I recall correctly many family members, not in military, were killed, yet those on the side of freedom still fought on.

Once the case of insubordination to duly constituted authority is presented in a way that the general public can understand it, and presented to a court made up of combat commanders from Iraq and Afghanistan, not perfumed princes from the puzzle palace, Milley could actually be in trouble.

I really don't think anyone has to worry very much, if at all, about the rank and file in DoD having any problem at all with fjb and his gang leaving. People on base are mostly absolutely giddy about who won the election and hopeful Trump comes to their rescue from the loony bin that the pentagone has become. What fjb and MacGilla Gorilla and the flag officers did to the military in 2021 is a bitter and unforgettable memory to the troops who are the victims. Never mind the fluster cluck DEI has made of things in the military.

The pentagone needs to be gutted. Problem is, for most of nearly 20 years good officers and leaders have been bypassed and the progression chain of good people has been gutted instead.
