We've got FEMA paying billons to house illegal aliens and we've got our Customs and Border Patrol agents in Florida cleaning up hurricane damage.
And it's about as efficient as you'd expect:
They pretty much did the meme!
My dudes, just call a local church youth group to do the cleanup. They'll be more efficient than this.

Customs and Border Protection (CBP) prevents people from entering the country illegally or bringing anything harmful or illegal into the United States.
Link 2 goes into it in far greater detail.
While it includes what you mention it encompasses all borders, land & sea in which people & goods can enter into the US.
That's what I was thinking.
Maybe they couldn't find an electric one.
Looks like some of them been going strong on the free hotel breakfast.
It is how fires were fought before pumpers were invented.
They could step up the pace a little though.
Haven’t they heard of carts or wheel barrels?
I live in Sarasota County.
The recycling truck came on the regular day, Thursday.
My trash was picked up about two hours ago.
I’m still waiting for Waste Management to pick up the yard waste in garbage cans and bundles.
The county’s FEMA trucks are picking up yard waste dumped (typically illegally) along the service road.
I have four FEMA piles near the street in front of my house.
One neighbor has one pile about 10 feet tall and 50 feet long.
One of my neighbor’s mother has a house on Longboat Key built in 1991. The neighbor said her tile roof was trashed, some of her windows smashed and some of her landscaping washed away.
Some of my neighbors got two tarps, some water and some sandwiches at a county distribution site about two days after Milton ripped through.
Stores I’ve seen are open and fairly well stocked.
fixing the hangnail on a broken arm... feh
From the headline, I expected at least an eight foot log maybe a foot or so in diameter, Inefficient but at least requiring more than one person to handle. Nope, we got a two foot long six inch diameter log being passed in a bucket brigade style for about 20 feet. The mind boggles.
Hasn't any of them heard of a wheelbarrow?
Probably guilty of being a straight white male. You wouldn't want that kind of person getting any of your tax money, would you?
It is 2024, not 1824
This was a flood, not fire.
These were gov people, not civilians.
If they have chain saws, why not wheel barrows or a pick up truck?
They don’t even know how to stack wood.
No excuse.
They then repeated the process to load it all into a truck.
What a clusterf*ck...an absolute cluster.
An IQ-lowering video if I ever saw one...
