Also, across the nation, young couples are just not interested in starting families, rather focusing on ‘enjoying life’. And the cost of living in S.F. is too expensive for the young families that might have kids.

Lots of schools were built in the 50s and 60s because of the baby boom. Back then, schools were built to last. Now these old buildings are getting shut down, not just in S.F. but everywhere.

It is never a spending problem, right? This is one of the most corrupt school districts in the country. How many times have they been investigated. I know that the FBI has been involved at least once and that the corruption is institutional.
