Why is no one talking about comparing REAL ID and Voter Registration Rolls to prevent non-citizens from voting (Vanity)

REAL ID was signed into law in 2005. While there is a lot of chatter about non-citizens being registered to vote, I have yet to read any story about comparing the READ ID lists in each state against the Voter Registration Rolls.

It seems so obvious for the States to make these comparisons, and it seems no one even wants to talk about it.

Why is it?

Not all States meet the Real ID requirement yet. You raise a very interesting question, maybe, just maybe this is one reason which I never thought about why some States are not meeting….. 🤔

I think such a check would help get dead Democrats off the voting rolls as well.

Dead people don’t get Real Ids in any great numbers.

“Each house shall be the judge of the elections, returns, and qualifications of its own members”

Constitution of the United States, Article I, Section 5

The Republican House of Representatives can adjudicate any matter which may present itself during a federal House candidate election, such as conducting a signature verification.

The Republican House might have special masters appointed by each state Republican party (and Democratic party if it wishes to participate) adjudicate (and validate) each in-person voter and each ballot that comes in by mail or is to be dropped into a drop box.

The adjudications would need to be done right then and there in most cases. That would require preparation.

Because they want non-citizens to vote, silly.

Real ID is a pain in the neck. I have to go get a replacement SS card because when I was six, my mom laminated it. The Commonwealth won’t accept it.

I don’t have a real id and won’t need one to fly. I have a passport card that fulfills the same purpose.

Because even though all the states have finally implemented RealID approved IDs it’s still “optional” in many of them. I do not have the RealID level driver’s license, at some point I’m sure I’ll upgrade, but it’s only necessary to board a plane, which I haven’t done in ages and don’t see on my horizon, so I haven’t gotten around to putting up with DMV. So with your plan I’d get kicked off the voter roles.

Because REAL and ENHANCED ID require a SS card and birth certificate. Illegals only have drivers licenses.

My birth certificate was torn so I had to order one and pay around $50 to have it mailed 2000 miles.

Assuming you know your SS# and have a valid mailing address, you can literally request a free replacement ID online and receive it in a matter of days.

The problem is with older voters who may not have their original documents after 7 decades, and moves across the country. They signed a document that testified they were citizens, and voted happily everafter, based on their testimony.

Not.

The surge of illegal aliens in the US has become a problem among the aged if they don’t know where their original birth certificate is stashed. The BC requirement today is a document issued and certified by the county you were born in. but how does that state verify you are who you are asking for?

The DoJ will sue the pants off the first state that tries it and the case will be in courts for years or at least until the state gets a Democrat AttyGen and signs a consent decree. It is a good idea but the Dems will amnesty all 20 million illegals right after the next stolen election and grant all of them citizenship and that will be the effective end of our Republic and our democracy. The socialists will then proceed to wreck the economy, the first and fourth amendments, the supreme court, and whatever other law or institution stands in their way. Eventual amidst the ruin and general discontent asmall minority will rise up and hang them all from lamp posts but that could be generations down the road. Cuba proves the staying power of bad ideas and how accustomed to tyranny the people can become..

“”””The surge of illegal aliens in the US has become a problem among the aged if they don’t know where their original birth certificate is stashed.””””

In almost all cases, the State where a person was born would have that person’s birth certificate on file.

But that is not the issue I am talking about.

REAL ID was enacted into law in 2005 and has been implemented to varying degrees among the 50 states.

So why aren’t the States comparing the names and addresses of the people they have in their REAL ID lists to see if the Voter Registration Rolls are the same?

When a person obtains a REAL ID they have to present documents, usually a passport, birth certificate, or naturalization certificate, and they get a REAL ID that shows they are a US CITIZEN.

If a person does not present documents, usually a passport, birth certificate, or naturalization certificate, they still get a REAL ID, but is shows they are NOT A US CITIZEN.

So the question remains: Why aren’t the States comparing the REAL ID lists with the Voter Registration lists?

Those that voted. Check afterwards. Plenty of volunteers. Let them know the voting police are after them.

Personally, any jackass who can’t show the I.D. they show to cash a check, buy booze and smokes really has no business voting if they can’t show an I.D. at the polls to vote.

Florida must be really racist. Florida has issued 19,044,514 REAL ID as of December 2022.
