Wisconsin’s Supreme Court will not take up a challenge from Democrats, who sought to block Green Party presidential candidate Jill Stein from Wisconsin ballots.
The unsigned order issued Monday by Wisconsin’s high court clears the way for Stein to appear on the Nov. 5 ballot in a state known for its razor-thin election margins.

“I don’t think the Democrats should have brought this forward in the first place,” Pete Karas, an elections chair for the Wisconsin Green Party said Monday afternoon. “They were really disenfranchising voters from voting who they felt they wanted to be president and voting their conscience.”But Adrienne Watson, a DNC spokesperson, called the ruling “disappointing.”
“The Wisconsin Green Party’s violation of the law is crystal clear,” Watson said in a statement. “WGP did not meet either of Wisconsin’s two simple requirements to nominate candidates, so it should not be on the ballot in November.”
The Democrats have a point here. (/s) I mean, Camela bent over backwards working hard to win the nomination. Or did she bend over forwards. Her position on things changes daily. Anyway, the voter suppression by the Democrats is mind boggling as they work to eliminate as many third party candidates as they can.

“The Wisconsin Green Party’s violation of the law is crystal clear,” Watson said in a statement. “WGP did not meet either of Wisconsin’s two simple requirements to nominate candidates, so it should not be on the ballot in November.” The margins must be really thin if the Democrats are worried about the Green Party taking votes.

The vote rigging must be much harder in Wisconsin. Not that it won’t be tried.

I am surprised. Hard line leftists spent a lot of money to flip the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
I wonder what leftist Judges disappointed the left.

I was wondering about that too. What convinced the Wisconsin SC to keep Stein on the ballot? I’ll put out some pure speculation here. Judges aren’t immune from inflation. They have families too, and they are understanding the threat that Harris poses to all of us. Now, I doubt that this was the underlying reason they found in favor of Stein, but maybe it’s possible.

These judges are left of the left no matter what. I’m stunningly shocked they rendered this opinion. At every step, since Janet Protasiewicz took office, their every decision has been to strike down legally crafted laws with no really legitimate reasoning and to make rules and laws from thin air, where they never previously existed.
Perhaps someone has pictures of one or more of those four liberal justices with small farm animals, or they’ve been bribed. I just don’t get it.

The more Leftists on the ballot the merrier. How about Joe Biden still being on it since he got primary votes. Obama on it because Democrats think he’s cool. Kamala should be on it because she got the nomination handed to her. And Jill Stein on it because she is gonna save the environment and all. Also I think AOC should be on it, because she is really passionate. And only one conservative should be allowed on it, because orange man bad and all.
