We have a few of those retail centers in Madison Heights, Michigan. Vietnamese and Hmong residents. I have had several as clients and some have treated me to lunch at local Vietnamese restaurants.
Many Vietnamese in east Dallas, too. I investigated the kidnapping of a six year old Vietnamese girl (she was found alive and well) and during the trial the family took me out to lunch at a Vietnamese restaurant. I don’t know what the hell the kids were eating (octopus soup or some such) but I settled on noodle soup with beef.

Yep. Most Vietnamese are upstanding people. Went to Vietnam about 7 years ago and there was nothing but warmth and hospitality.
