Many Vietnamese in east Dallas, too. I investigated the kidnapping of a six year old Vietnamese girl (she was found alive and well) and during the trial the family took me out to lunch at a Vietnamese restaurant. I don’t know what the hell the kids were eating (octopus soup or some such) but I settled on noodle soup with beef.
Wife is Vietnamese. First wife was a piece of shit. Muoi and I have been together for 40 years now. She still looks good. Asian women don’t seem to age.
Beef noodle soup is phở. It is a staple and often constitutes breakfast. I is really good.
