Yep. Most Vietnamese are upstanding people. Went to Vietnam about 7 years ago and there was nothing but warmth and hospitality.

I was going to visit Europe but it was during the anti-american protests in the early 2000s. Was warned if you go to Europe don’t wear an American flag in Europe.
Then I was told that Vietnam is the most America friendly country in the world. I saw more people on motor-bikes wearing American flag masks than I had ever seen in my own city.
