One day in the not too distant future, someone in the Middle East is going to push things too far, and it will set off a tsunami of destruction that will shock the entire planet. Israel is armed to the teeth, and Israel’s enemies are armed to the teeth. An all-out war in the Middle East should not be an option for anyone, but we are now dangerously close to such a conflict. Very early on Sunday morning, Hezbollah was preparing to fire an enormous number of rockets at targets deep inside Israel in response to the assassination of Fouad Shukur in Beirut last month. The Israelis figured out what was going on, and a massive pre-emptive strike against Hezbollah hit rocket launchers all over southern Lebanon. According to the Times of Israel, thousands of targets were struck during this operation…
Israeli fighter jets simultaneously struck thousands of Hezbollah targets across southern Lebanon early Sunday morning, in what the military said was a preemptive operation against weaponry that was about to be used in a major attack on central and northern Israel.
Thousands of Hezbollah rocket launchers were struck simultaneously by some 100 IAF fighter jets in the preemptive attacks, the military said.
This was only possible because the IDF has had large numbers of aircraft in the air on a constant basis in recent weeks.
If these aircraft had not been on alert, things could have turned out very differently.
Could you imagine the scenario we would be facing right now if thousands of rockets had successfully reached major Israeli cities?
Following the success of the IDF operation, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu boldly declared that “thousands of rockets that were aimed at northern Israel” had been destroyed…

I’m ready to get the show on the road. Sooner or later, they’re going to attack Iran and attack them hard.
All in God’s perfect timing.
“You have no idea what’s going to happen.”
I suggest that you read The Book of Revelations.
Well, you wait on what you think Revelation means. I’ll wait on events in the real world.
But God does and tells us about it in the Bible.
The Ezekiel 38 scenario and then ultimately, when Jesus returns and sets up HIS kingdom.
I have no problem with what people may *believe*.
But belief is not knowledge.
“The All-Out Apocalyptic War That Is Coming To The Middle East?”
That doesn’t happen until Iran gets involved. I doubt last night will have much effect on when Tehran says go. As a matter of fact, what Hezbollah accomplished last night have been all Iran was looking for.
Remember, this springs “99%” shoot down rate of Iran’s cheap throwaway drones and missiles, costing the U.S. $3billion, and paving the way for precision ballistic strikes on the Israeli military was a smashing success for Iran.
As soon as I saw it was from Citizen Watch Report, and posted by davikkim (of course - what a posting history he has), I said “What a joke.”
“...when Jesus returns and sets up HIS kingdom.”
And it’s gonna be AWESOME! :)
If it’s Scripture, it’s knowledge.
Unless you want to accuse God of being a liar.
Yeah, I can’t wait.
The worse things get here, the more I look forward to when He sets up His kingdom, and ultimately the NEW heaven and earth.
Ditto!!!!!
Do you believe that everything that’s been written down (’Scripture’) is actual Knowledge?
I don’t presume to understand God; I think most believers would be terrified to meet Him ‘face to face’. And I don’t believe that everyone who wrote down what they claimed to be ‘God’s Word’ even had any knowledge of what they were writing about. They had dreams and visions, and *believed* them. Their visions may even have been valid - but that doesn’t mean that they interpreted them correctly.
Goodnight.
Yes, but one can believe in Scripture while doubting someone else's interpretation of Scripture.
The title presupposes the outcome. If it’s inevitable, then me dropping a pencil on the floor can be seen as just a delay in what is preordained.
“Well, you wait on what you think Revelation means. I’ll wait on events in the real world.”
Ignore the Word of God at your own pearl.
Aw, geez, just what we needed, another religious argument on FR... :-(
Anyway, these articles are very careless: There is a big difference between “thousands of launchers were destroyed” and “thousands of missiles were destroyed”. The former is highly improbable, the latter is quite doable (esp. if the IDF could hit a few warehouses and pre-positioning points, which I’m quite confident they can do.)
That said, I’m sure Israel DID hit quite a few launchers being set up to fire, and hopefully the Hezzies’ MLRS launchers got priority.
IIRC, Israel has the right idea: Shoot the archer and you’ll have a lot less arrows to worry about.
